This Subject research by copying pituitrin (Pit) induced acute myocardialischemia of rats and Isoprenaline (ISO) induced acute myocardial ischemia of rats twokinds of animal models, monitoring the different myocardial ischemia models of ratseach time point displacement situation of Ⅱ lead ECG S-T segment (J point),detection of myocardial ischemia model of rats serum Creatine Kinase (CK), LactateDehydrogenase (LDH) and Superoxide Dismutase (SOD), Malondialdehyde (MDA)level, to observe the TianMaTongXinNaoi prescription’s protective effect on acutemyocardial ischemia rats. Preparation of aorta vascular ring, to observe theTianMaTongXinNao prescription’s impact on resting state, NE or KCL inducerats’artery link contraction display;Through the above experiments to judge the curativeeffect of TianMaTongXinNao prescription against myocardial ischemia, andinvestigate its action mechanism.The experimental results show that each dose group of TianMaTongXinNaoprescription has obvious inhibitory effect to Pit, ISO induced acute myocardialischemia of rats S-T segment(J point) at each time point displacement situation;TianMaTongXinNao prescription on the high, middle dose group can obviouslyreduce the Pit and ISO model rats serum CK, LDH and MDA level, increase SODactivity, the difference is statistically significant (P<0.05or P<0.01). TianMaTongXinNaoprescription on the low dose group of serum LDH level and SOD activity in additionto the ISO model the difference without statistically significant (P>0.05), the otherseach index difference had statistical significance(P<0.05).TianMaTongXinNaoprescription on the cumulative drug concentration has no obvious effect on restingstate vascular ring, the difference without statistically significant (P>0.05); On NE orKCL contraction vascular ring, cumulative drug concentration of2,3,4can effectivelyrelax vascular ring,the difference is statistically significant (P<0.05or P<0.01);Cumulative concentration1has Have certain effect on relax vascular ring, but the difference without statistically significant (P>0.05).Conclusion:1. TianMaTongXinNao prescription can effectively improve the abnormal ECGchanges of acute myocardial ischemia rats.2. TianMaTongXinNao prescription can obviously decrease the acute myocardialischemia rats myocardial injury markers CK, LDH activity, reduce the degree ofmyocardial injury.3. TianMaTongXinNao prescription can significantly reduce the MDA content oflipid peroxide products, increase SOD activity, improve ischemia oxygen deficit.4. TianMaTongXinNao prescription has no obvious effect on resting state ofvascular ring, for NE or KCL contraction vascular ring have obvious diastolicfunction, and its vasorelaxant function has the positive correlation between the drugconcentration and efficacy.5.The action mechanism of TianMaTongXinNao prescription may showing Multi-targettrend, and it will has a good prospect of research and application.
