Objective:DCM unknown etiology, but progress faster, heart failure symptoms,A significant reduction in the quality of life, and ultimately for refractory heart failure and death.Drug treatment is not on the patient’s quality of life and long-term survival rates have improved significantly, this study explores the use of system health education intervention in patients with DCM research, through to the patients, understand the system of health education on patients quality of life and the effect of long-term prognosis. Methods:56cases of hospitalized in our hospital patients with DCM according to unified inclusion criteria were randomly divided into trial group and control group in the28cases, two groups are taking conventional drug therapy and nursing measure, experimental group on the basis of using planned organized and evaluation of health education nursing intervention,Interventions include oral interpretation, group lecture, written and establish the follow-up education, telephone follow-up files, health education to patients and their families and to adopt a unified health education path in hospital on the same day,1-2days in hospital, hospital before3days-before discharge, discharge, systematic health education.Includes assessment of patients, for personalized health education plan, and introduces the environment and the doctors and nurses, to inform relevant inspection purpose and matters needing attention, introduced preventing pressure ulcers anti-scald fall prevention safety knowledge, understand the cause of the disease in patients with, make patient trust, release the bad mood, guiding patients self observation and nursing methods.Disease related knowledge education to patients and their families, establish archives for consultation to assess each patient on the degree of master health education and compliance, a week after discharge, telephone follow-up follow-up education plan,Monthly family symptoms were followed for monitoring drug use normative and recorded. Run through the whole course was in the hospital health education intervention and one year after discharge. According to fill in the health and survival of patients with quality questionnaires to the whole quality of life of patients and to evaluate the long-term prognosis. Results:The system health education after nursing intervention, patients in the daily life ability, social activity, mental health, life satisfaction higher than that in control group. Experimental group and the control group was statistically difference of quality survival (experimental group:72.38+/-0.36, the control group:57.32+/-0.68, t=2.008, P<0.05), the experimental group was higher than the control group Two groups a year longer hospitalization rates compare the difference was statistically significant (experimental group:14.28%in the control group:14.28% X2=41.93, P=41.93), the treatment group is lower than the control group; The rate of death of two groups was no statistical difference, but the death toll from the experimental group is lower than the control group. Conclusion:DCM course length is differ, due to the prognosis of patients with heart failure and persistent arrhythmia make poor, is also likely to sudden death, this is mainly due to lack of understanding of disease patients, no good control of the development of disease in the early onset, make the disease progress is rapid, the disease is severe, life quality drops, produce pessimistic depression, lose faith in the treatment and prognosis of diseases, treatment adherence.Through the system health education can make patients to adopt healthy behavior patterns, regular medication, stable mood, proper motion, return visit regularly, routine, etc., to improve and promote the patient’s health. Can improve the correct understanding of disease, patients with a healthy diet, self care, self management, through the follow-up of the nurse can well understand the patient’s disease progress.Effective intervention, control disease progression and slow disease progression, readmission rate and mortality. Visible system health education can significantly improve the quality of the survival of patients with DCM, effectively improve the long-term prognosis.
