Object i ve:this study based on the Chinese Medical Pawning, retrieve the 50 of acupuncture and massage class ancient literature among it. Through computer processing, retrieve the prescriptions about acupuncture and moxibustion treatment of angina pectoris, according it, analysis ancient physicians on the acupuncture treatment of coronary heart disease angina pectoris with the of acupuncture point law, analysis ancient acupuncture and moxibustion treatment of coronary heart disease angina pectoris prescription characteristics and its change law of historical development on the basis of exploring the structure of the composition of prescription, summed up the frequency prescriptions of acupuncture and moxibustion treatment of coronary heart disease angina pectoris, for clinical treatment of coronary heart disease angina pectoris provide theoretical basis for optimizing choose acupuncture point, improve the curative effect and guidance. Methods:The 50 Chinese medicine acupuncture and massage class books collected by the Chinese Medical Pawning, use "chest stuffiness", "precordial pain" as a search term to screen, classify and finishing the literature retrieved, descriptive analysis by SPSS software package and statistical method of cluster analysis.Results:1.Literature overall conditionThe 872 prescriptions of eligible studies come from 39 works. The aspects of disease names, the statistical results suggest that about "chest stuffiness" and " precordial pain" in the ancient literature of disease names classification is more, the most is "precordial pain" (a total of 623 prescriptions refer to heartache,71.44%);the second are "chest stuffiness", "dinitrate", "nine kinds of" precordial pain", "the pain caused by ascaris", "precordial pain cause losing consciousness" and so on. The number of the literature refer to acupuncture and moxibustion prescription treating chest stuffiness and precordial pain is a total of 872, including single point prescription,768 (88.07%),52 (5.96%), double point prescription more point prescription 52 (5.96%). It suggests that ancient physicians often use single point treatment of chest stuffiness and precordial pain, the results are shown in table 3. All prescriptions involved 116 acupuncture points, the cumulative frequency of 1618 doses. Treatment aspect, clearly put forward the treatment method of 607 articles, which USES the acupuncture 254, with 350 articles of moxibustion, blood letting puncture 3 articles.2. Acupuncture point law for the treatment of chest stuffiness and precordial pain chose by the ancient physicians2.1 the acupuncture points and adjunct points commonly used the frequency statistics of usage of all points, and according to the high and low order lined, selected in 872 prescription frequency of usage of 21 or points, calculate its frequency (frequency/number), frequency of 2.41% or higher with 31 points, including"Jian Shi", "Tai Yuan", "Lin Qi", "Shang Wan", "Yong Quan", "Tai Xi", "Zhong Wan", "Nei Guan", "Ju Que", "Zhong Chong", "Qu Ze", "Da Dun", "Shen Men", "Shao Chong", "Ran Gu", "Dan Zhong", "Lao Gong", "Ling Dao", "Da Du", "Jian Li", "Xing Jian", "Xia Bai", "Tian Jing", "Tai Bai", "XinShu", "Zhang Men", "Chi Ze", "Tai Chong", "Jing Qu", "Da Ling", "Zhi Gou".among them, "Jian Shi" is use of 77 times (8.83%), "Tai Yuan" is use of 75 times (8.60%).2.2 selecting acupuncture point along meridiansThe distribution of 1618 points’meridians by statistics, the results suggest that the pointsancient physicians use to treat chest stuffiness and dinitrate, the most points distribute in pericardium meridian, the seconddistribute ren meridian, kidney meridian, heart meridian, lung meridian, liver meridian, etc.2.2.1 acupuncture points selected more from pericardium and heart meridianThe distribution of 1618 points’meridians by statistics, the results suggest that the pointsancient physicians use to treat chest stuffiness and dinitrate often come from pericardium and heart meridian. According to the the basic law of’the therapeutic range depends on the routine of the meridian ", the ancient physicians often use the points from pericardium meridian. At the same time, the main disease location of chest stuffiness and precordial pain is heart. Heart is the kingdom of our body, pericardium replaces the heart to be attcked by pathogenic factor, Both " abnormality suggests disease" of heart meridian and "causing disease" of pericardium meridian involve "precordial pain", so using acupuncture points from pericardium meridian is the most in ancient Chinese medicine, the points from heart meridian are used commonly in ancient Chinese medicine. Both the points from pericardium meridian, such as "Jian Shi", "Nei Guan", "Zhong Chong", "Qu Ze", "Lao Gong", "Da Ling", and the points from heart meridian, such as "Shen Men", "Shao Chong", "Ling Dao", are used commonly.2.2.2 acupuncture points selected more from ren meridianchest stuffiness and precordial pain with abdominal pain, stomach pain and other symptoms of spleen and stomach, ren meridian circulates on the center of the chest and abdomen, closely connected with viscera organs such as heart, stomach, so the ancient physicians treating chest stuffiness and precordial pain often use the ren meridian points. The point used most commonlyfrom ren meridian is "Zhong Wan", frequency of itis 65 times, accounting for 7.45%, the second are "Shang Wan", "Ju Que", "Dan Zhong", etc.2.2.3 use three Yin meridian of foot commonlythree Yin meridians of foot, arise from feet, arrive chest, so chest stuffiness and precordial pain are closely related to the three Yin meridians, such as the meridian of foot-Shaoyin, through liver and diaphragma, entering the lung. Its branches, are out of the lung, pass by the heart, finally enter the chest. The points commonly used from kidney meridian, such as "Yong Quan", "Tai Xi", the points commonly used from lung meridian, such as "Tai Yuan", "Chi Ze", "Jing Qu", "Yu Ji",, the points commonly used from liver meridian, such as " Da Dun", " Xing Jian", " Zhang Men", " Tai Chong", are all the common points of the ancient Chinese medicine treatment of chest stuffiness and precordial pain.2.24 other common pointsThe ancient physicians also use points from other meridian to treat chest stuffiness and precordial pain, such as "Xin Shu", "Jing Gu", "Zu Tong Gu", "Jue Yin Shu", form bladder meridian, such as "Zu Lin Qi", "Xia Bai", from gall bladder meridian, such as "Da Du", "Tai Bai", form spleen meridian, such as "Tian Jing", "Zhi Gou", from sanjiao meridian, such as "Bu Rong", "Zu San Li ", form stomach meridian, whose frequency of usage is less. At the same time, extra-meridian points are used commonly, such as "Zhong Quan", "Qi Pang", "Du Yin", du meridian points are "Chang Qiang", "Jing Suo", "Zhi Yang", large intestine meridian points are "He Gu", "Yang Xi", "Qu Chi", small intestine meridian points are "Hou Xi", "Jian Zhong Shu", whose frequency of usage is less.2.3 select the points by partsClassify the points used, to treat chest stuffiness and precordial pain, by the ancient physicians into nine parts (head, neck, shoulder neck, upper limbs, lower limbs, chest, abdomen, back, waist).results suggest upper limb points are used most commonly, secondly, lower limbs, abdomen, chest, back and other parts of the points are also common. That ancient physicians often use the points from heart and pericardium meridian, so upper limb points are used commonly, such as "Jian Shi" "Tai Yuan" "Nei Guan" "Zhong Chong" "Qu Zhe" "Shao Chong" "Lao Gong", are all common points. The second common points are from the lower limbs, such as "Zu Lin Qi", "Yong Quan", "Tai Xi", "Da Dun", "Ran Gu. " As" Supplement to Prescriptions Worth A Thousand Gold" records, " puncture Yong Quan when distress and pain in chest", the points from belly are used commonly by the ancient physicians, such as "Shang Wan", "Jian Li", "Zhong Wan", "Ju Que";the points from chest and flank are used commonly, such as "Zhang Men", "Dan Zhong", "Qi Men", are local selection. As" Supplement to Prescriptions Worth A Thousand Gold" records, "do Dan Zhong moxibustion many times if u have chest stuffiness and precordial pain". Qi of viscera infuses back acupuncture points, the points of back, such as "Xin Shu" and "Xin Bao Shu";are used commonly by the ancient physicians.2.4 select specific pointsThe specific points used by the ancient physicians to treat chest stuffiness and precordial pain are total of 83, accounting for 71.55% of the total points, the frequency of the specific points is total of 1333, accounting for 82.39% of the total frequency. Among them, the specific points used most commonly are five Shu points, the second are sources point, front mu point, eight influential point, crossing point, eight confluence point, back point, luo point, lower he point, cleft point, but used relatively less. The ancient physicians often choose five shu point, sources point, front mu point, crossing point. The common five shu point is "Jian Shi", the second are "Tai Yuan", "Yong Quan", "Tai Xi", "Nei Guan", "Zhong Chong", "Da Dun", "Qu Zhe", "Shen Men", "Ran Gu", "Shao Chong", "Lao Gong", "Ling Dao".The most common sources point is "Tai Yuan",a total of 74 times, accounting for 5.55% of the total specific point. The second are "Tai Xi", "Nei Guan", "Shen Men", used commonly by the ancient physicians. The most common front mu point is "Zhong Wan", the second are "Ju Que", "Dan Zhong", "Zhang Men", used commonly by the ancient physicians. The most common eight influential point is "Zhong Wan", the second are "Dan Zhong", "Zhang Men". "Dan Zhong", "Qi Men", "You Men" are used commonly by the ancient physicians to treat chest stuffiness and precordial pain. At the same time, the ancient physicians also choose "Xia Bai" and "Gong Sun", from eight confluence point, "Xin Shu" and "Shen Shu", from back point, "Gong Sun" "Chang Qiang", "Feng Long", from luo point, "Zu San Li", from lower he point, "Xi Xue", from cleft point.Conclusion:1 the law of selecting point by ancient physicians to treat chest stuffiness and precordial pain1.1 points and adjunct points commonly usedThe points commonly used by ancient physicians to treat chest stuffiness and precordial pain including "Jian Shi", "Tai Yuan", "Lin Qi", "Shang Wan", "Yong Quan", "Tai Xi", "Zhong Wan", "Nei Guan", "Ju Que", "Zhong Chong", "Qu Zhe", "Da Dun", "Shen Men", "Shao Chong", "Ran Gu", "Dan Zhong", "Lao Gong", "Ling Dao", "Da Du", "Jian Li", "Xing Jian", "Xia Bai", "Tianjing", "Tai Bai", "Xin Shu", "Zhang Men", "Chi Ze", "Tai Chong", "Jing Qu", "Da Ling", "Zhi Gou"1.2 selecting acupuncture point along meridiansThe most points used by the ancient physicians to treat chest stuffiness and precordial pain are from pericardium meridian, the second are from ren meridian, kidney meridian, heart meridian, lung meridian, liver meridian, etc. Such as "Jian Shi", "Nei Guan", "Zhong Chong", "Qu Ze", "Lao Gong", "Da Ling", form pericardium meridian; "Shen Men", "Shao Chong", "Ling Dao",, form heart meridian, are all used commonly by the ancient physicians;the most common points from ren meridian are "Zhong Wan", "Shang Wan", "Ju Que", "Dan Zhong", etc. The common points from kidney meridian are "Yong Quan", "Tai Xi".The common points from lung meridian are "Tai Yuan", "Chi Ze", "Jing Qu", "Yu Ji".The common points from liver meridian are "Da Dun", "Xing Jian", "Zhang Men", "Tai Chong",all those are used commonly by the ancient physicians to treat chest stuffiness and precordial pain.
