Objective:To explore the change law of the radiotherapy with kidney deficiency and blood stasis syndrome in patients with tumorMethods:This study used retrospective method to etermine the clinical rese arch,setting inclusion criteria and exclusion criteria,and in strict accord ance with the inclusion and exclusion to income 30 cases of deficiency of ki dney and blood stasis patients.Design research form, scoring form and explo re income of the patient’s clinical symptoms, classify and summarize and sc ore, statistic the 30 cases of patients with kidney and blood stasis sympto ms by useing of Excel statistical form. By using the SAS8.2 software to stu dyof radiotherapy in patients with gender, age, location, pathological type o f radiotherapy,tumor stage and kidney deficiency blood relationship. The sympt oms before and after radiotherapy can be compared to the method, the blood stasis before and after radiotherapy of tumor symptoms change rule, and pas s to the method of score comparison before and after radiotherapy, the stud y of kidney and blood stasis syndrome before and after radiotherapy user tr ansformation rule.Results:1.By studying of radiotherapy in patients with gender, age, location, pathol ogical type, radiotherapy and kidney in staging of tumor correlation found:1.1 It is the highest incidence of 70-79 year old between in 30 cases of kidn ey deficiency and blood stasis in patients with radiotherapy in the collectio n, accounting for 23.33%.1.2The relationship between the position of kidney deficiency and blood stasis and the occurrence of tumors:20 cases of chest (66.66%), the highest proportion.1.3The results showed that accept kidney tumor staging of blood stasis syndrome mainly concentrated Ⅲ, Ⅵ phase.2. Before and after radiotherapy, kidney stasis syndrome symptoms changeBefore and after radiotherapy, context stasis, waist and knees (pain), tinnitus and deafness, five upset hot, hot flashes, night sweats, dry mouth and throat symptoms are before radiotherapy increased; Zheng Jia, dark purple tongue, tongue petechiae, petechiae, chills decrease compared with the previous. Inter dry mouth and throat (P<0.0001) were statistically significant, and the remaining symptoms were not statistically significant. Research found that the degree of variation of symptoms, including pain syndrome, chills, frequent urination improved significantly, context stasis, five upset hot, dry mouth and throat aggravated obvious.3. Kidney stasis syndrome variation before and after radiotherapy:3.1Clinical manifestations of 30 patients before and after radiotherapy kidney blood stasis syndrome, P= 0.037<0.05, statistically significant. Although radiotherapy are "hot" evil, adding some of the blood stasis syndrome and yin deficiency symptoms, but the radiation of blood stasis in pain, nocturia number, chills and other symptoms improved significantly, improving the role of more than Injury3.2kidney before and after radiotherapy changes in blood stasis syndrome symptoms, was statistically significant, P<0.05.3.3deficiency blood stasis syndrome, yin yang deficiency blood stasis syndrome changes, no significant difference, P> 0.05. After radiotherapy and kidney, deficiency, kidney yin deficiency, blood stasis syndromes variationChanges in symptoms during radiotherapy blood stasis syndrome score, Yin deficiency syndrome symptom change scores, P<0.05, statistically significant. Deficiency symptoms, both yin deficiency symptoms vary, P> 0.5, statistically insignificant, but on cold chills, nocturnal enuresis and other more obvious improvement, should be worth further study.Conclusion:1. Radiotherapy changes affect kidney stasis syndrome, kidney stasis syndrome after radiotherapy compared with radiotherapy before symptom score reduction, P<0.05, statistically significant.2. Radiotherapy on climate change affect kidney stasis syndrome, kidney and blood stasis symptom scores after radiotherapy compared with radiotherapy before reduction, P<0.05, statistically significant3. Stasis syndrome radiotherapy deficiency, kidney yin and yang stasis syndrome little effect, P> 0.05, not statistically significant, but Yang after radiotherapy reduce some symptoms, it is worth further study.4. Deficiency syndrome before and after radiotherapy, kidney yin deficiency of both symptom change, P> 0,05, but no statistical significance, a kidney, blood stasis, P<0.05, statistically significant.
