Clinical Study On The Treatment Of Endometriosis Cyst (Kidney Deficiency And Blood Stasis) By The Method Of Invigorating The Kidney And Removing Blood Stasis

Purpose:To explore the mechanism of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)kidney and removing blood stasis in the treatment of endometriosis cyst(kidney deficiency and blood stasis),in order to seek a safe and effective treatment for the disease.Method:72 cases of OEC patients after surgery were randomly divided into two groups,36 cases in the control group,1 weeks after surgery to give mifepristone oral,10mg/times,1 times/day.Treatment group on the basis of,be invigorating qi and tonifying the kidney,removing blood stasis and relieving pain traditional Chinese medicine free frying granules oral,agent 1/day,sooner or later,warm clothes,two groups are taking three months,a course of treatment.There was a course of treatment,and observe two groups of patients with dysmenorrheal improvement,scores of TCM syndromes,signs,color Doppler ultrasound before and after,drug adverse reactions and recurrence rate were analyzed statistically.Result:Clinical studies showed that two kinds of treatment can effectively improve the clinical symptoms and the degree of dysmenorrheal,reduce serum CA125 levels and recurrence rate,the two groups,the difference was not significant(P>0.05);the two groups in the improvement of TCM syndromes,signs,during drug adverse aspects,the difference was significant(P<0.05),traditional Chinese medicine can be effectively improve the patients with TCM syndromes,signs and no adverse reaction.Conclusion:Traditional Chinese medicine of Tonifying the kidney and removing blood stasis combined with mifepristone for OEC postoperative patients of kidney deficiency and blood stasis syndrome is effective and can improve the clinical symptoms,signs,the degree of dysmenorrhea,reduce serum CA125 levels and postoperative recurrence rate,and less adverse reaction,is worth in clinical use.
