Objective The objective of this clinical research is to observe the efficacy and safety of integration treatment for MBC.Method Retrospectively analyses the clinical and pathology dates of 38 MBC treated in Oncology department of China-Japan friendship hospital from Jan 2010 to Jan 2015. Datas include the pathology of the primary tumor, the TNM stage, age, status of menopause, diease free time, the first line regimens, clinical benefit rate of first line therapy, overall response rate of first line therapy, time to progress after liver metastasis, the overall survival after liver metastasis. Analysing these data by the software SPSS 20.0. The primary outcome is the overall survival after liver metastasis. The second is time to progress, the adverse effect caused by chemotherapy and the ECOG score, the overall response rate and clinical benefit rate of first line therapy, first line regimens. Then compare these data with reported literature.Result The median OS is 28.4(95% CI:12.2-44.6) month. The reported OS after reccurrence is from 1-22 month. We got a much longer survival time than reported. The median TTP is 6.5 month (95%CI:4.6-8.4), this result is almost the same as reported. For the safety, no treatment related death ocured during the study. One patient (3.3%) had a grade 4 hematologic adverse effect. One patient(3.8%) had a grade 3/4 gastroenterology adverse effect. For 65.8% of all the patients, the ECOG score decreased after first line therapy. Conclusion Integration treatment obviously increased the OS and decreased the adverse effect caused by chemotherapy.
