Psoriasis is a dermatology common chronic intractable inflammatory skin disease. Clinical manifestations of skin erythema, the typical clinical manifestations of erythema or scaly patches, with varying degrees of itching. The variation of psoriasison on the course and morphological is large, and it is easy to relapse after healing. Psoriasis is a typical psychosomatic disease, both physically and mentally to the patient causing great suffering.Western etiology and pathogenes of psoriasis has not been fully understood, the disease is now considered as the center of T lymphocytes immune reaction, and characterized by excessive proliferation of keratinocytes and chronic inflammation of the skin. Currently, there are many drugs and methods to treat psoriasis, but so far, there is no specific drug to cure psoriasis. Therefore, the research of western medicine on psoriasis to seek drugs mostly from the view of inhibition of keratinocyte proliferation and inflammatory cell infiltration, but palliatives, and relapse soon after treatment, and the more you use this class of drugs, the more severe the disease relapse.TCM holds that the disease is always caused by camp blood deficiency, blood heat intrinsic, dry raw wind and skin dystrophy. The "blood accumulate heat" is the key to the development of psoriasis occur, in clinical treatment, by using the heat cool blood detoxification method to treat XueReXing psoriasis can always work. Origin of the medical system said:"the heaviest external treatment of surgery", the treatment is an important method of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of skin disease, external use drugs can act directly on the skin, it’s more targeted, and has the advantages of less side effects, low recurrence rate, even if most of the cases relapse after onset than before, and treatment is still effective, recurrence interval of time will be extended. In addition, the Chinese medicine external treatment excitant is relatively small, but security is higher, in additation, it can use for a long time or wide spread application. These fully show the great advantages of external treatment of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of psoriasis. This thesis includes two parts:literature review and clinical research. The literature review includes two parts:In a large collection of Chinese and western medicine on psoriasis and carries on the sorting and analyzing the literature, on the basis of comprehensively systematically reviewed the research progress of psoriasis. The first review discusses the traditional Chinese medicine for the treatment of psoriasis etiology and pathogenesis and the progress of. The second review discusses the modern medicine on the epidemiology, etiology, mechanism and treatment of psoriasis.Clinical research part:Objectives:To observe the efficacy of Xiaobi Ointment in treating psoriasis of blood-heat syndrome, and carry on the objective evaluation. Methods: standard in 60 patients with psoriasis, randomized, single-blind, controlled research methods are divided into 2 groups, the treatment group using Xiaobi ointment for external use only, the control group with vitamin A acid cream for external use only. Treatment for 4 weeks, PASI score and TCM syndrome scoring record psoriatic patients, observe the drug safety, application SPSS 17.0 statistical software for statistical data analysis. Results:58 patients completed the survey,29 in Xiaobi ointment group and 29 in control group. two groups of gender, age and course of the disease are no significant differences, comparable.4 weeks after treatment, two groups of patients to treat PASI score were significantly lower (P<0.05), two groups of medication has good curative effect, but the PASI score improvement between the two groups have no significant difference (P> 0.05). Treatment group and control group total effective rate was 79.3%, the treatment group markedly effective rate was 24.1%, control group markedly effective rate was 17.2%, markedly effective rate of treatment group is higher than the control group, but there was no statistically significant difference (P>0.05). The two groups were not found significant adverse reactions.
