Study On The Distribution Regularity Of Sanyin Sanyang In Body Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus Patients With Type A Behavior

Objective:According to domestic diabetes epidemiology data, the coincidence of diabetes of Adult over the age of 20 in our country is 11.6%. Diabetes has become a huge burden to the Chinese economy and people’s major public health problem. Diabetes has been one of the common diseases of "psychosomatic disease", since the 1990s, the traditional medical model was replaced by the biological-psychological-social mode, a large number of studies have shown that intervention of psychological factors for diabetes patients plays an effective role in control blood sugar, relieve insulin resistance ect. Patients with type 2 diabetes Mellitus, as the research object of this study, are estimated by TABQ and to study the relationship between them. Based on this study, differences in the physical distribution of constitution of sanyin-sanyang, in Patients with type 2 diabetes on type A behaviour are investigated, in order to investigate the physique type behaviour characteristics for constitution of sanyin-sanyang,which can provide the basis of different behavior traits for different constitution through the epidemiological investigation and for the perfection of the constitution of sanyin-sanyang questionnaire. Methods:All T2DM patients were from September 2014 to January 2015 from the outpatients and diagnosed inpatient at Beijing University of Chinese Medicine, Dongzhimen Hospital, a total of 116 cases. There are 96 cases of T2DM patients on type A behavior and 21 cases of T2DM patients not type A behavior. All of them are estimated by sanyin-sanyang early questionnaire under the guidance of Professor Zhao Jinxi and Dr. Qing Gong to investigate which physique they are. According to the inclusion criteria and exclusion criteria, cases of 116 cases collected to meet the requirements, SPSS 17.0 statistical software package are used for data processing. Count data using the chi-square test, measurement data with normal distribution and homogeneity of variance t test, does not meet the homogeneity of variance with t’ test; multiple sets of measurement data to meet the normal use of analysis of variance, when normality is not satisfied with the non-parametric tests. P<0.05 was considered when comparing the results with a significant difference. Count data are estimated by chi-square test. Non-normal data and ranked data are estimated by rank-sum test. Logistic analysis are used in multiple factors analysis. Our aim is to investigate the relationship between tape A behaviour and sanyin-sanyang and the constitution of sanyin-sanyang in T2DM patients on type A behavior. Results:Among the respondents, there are 15 cases(15.8%) of T2DM patients on type A behavior of taiyang physique,30 cases(31.6%) of T2DM patients on type A behavior of shaoyang physique,7 cases(7.4%) of T2DM patients on type A behavior of yangming physique,6 cases(6.3%) of T2DM patients on type A behavior of taiyin physique,6 cases(6.3%) of T2DM patients on type A behavior of shaoyin physique, 33 cases(34.7%) of T2DM patients on type A behavior of jueyin physique, In the T2DM patients on none type A behavior,there are 2 cases(9.5%) of taiyang physique,2cases(9.5%) of shaoyang physique,6 cases(28.6%) of yangming physique. 6 cases(28.6%) of taiyin physique,3 cases(14.3%) of jueyin physique,2 cases(9.5%) of shaoyin physique. Type A behavior and three Yin and three Yang physique type has correlation(p<0.01), Dependent coefficient is 0.42, which indicates that there are significant differences betweem the groups and with jueyin physique(31%) relevance is the largest. The second is Yang physique(27.6%).②Type A behavior of patients with T2DM CH score in three Yin and three Yang physique type, the shaoyang physique score the highest one shaoyin physique score the lowest one x.Compared to jueyin physique, there are significant differences between shaoyin physique and jueyin physique (p=0.016) There are not any significant differences between other physique.There are not any differences between the score of TH questionnaire.③layered by age,gentle,level of education, BMI, hobby of smoking、drinking、eppitite, exersises, complications, In conclusion, compared to jueyin physique,there are significant differences in the score of CH questionnaire in shaoyin physique and shaoyin physique.There are not any differences in shaoyang physique、yangming physique、taiyin physique.In TH questionnaire, there are not any differences in each physique.④In Logistic analysis,6 physique are the dependent variable in the crowd. age,gentle,level of education, BMI, are the independent variables.The results shows that, in the CH questionnaire, compared to jueyin physique, shaoyin physique has significant differencesp=0.018(<0.05), Regression coefficient is-0.494<0,which indicates that the higher CH questionnaire’s score is, the less possibility of taiyang physique it will be, compared to jueyin physique.In the TH questionnaire, there are not any differences in each physique.Conclusion:In the patients of T2DM,①here are relationships between type A behavior and sanyin-sanyang The first one is jueyin physique.the second one is shaoyang physique. So jueyin physique are more likely to have the behavior characteristics of ambition,competitive, pursuiting success,always expecting exceeding others, but loss of patience, nervous, getting angry easily, hostility, Sense of time in a hurry.②In the patients of T2DM in type A behavior,compared to jueyin physique, shaoyin physique is less likely to have the behavior characteristics of ambition,competitive, pursuiting success,always expecting exceeding others, but loss of patience, nervous, getting angry easily, hostility, Sense of time in a hurry. The higher CH questionnaire’s score is, the less possibility of taiyang physique it will be, compared to jueyin physique. So taiyang physique are less likely to have the behavior characteristics of ambition,competitive, pursuiting success,always expecting exceeding others, but loss of patience,nervous, getting angry easily, hostility, Sense of time in a hurry.
