Efficacy Of Prescription Creamer In The Treatment Of Knee Osteoarthritis

Objective:To explore the improvement degree of symptoms of knee osteoarthritis with thetreatment of Tuina combined with plaster and observe the curative effect in 30 cases with knee osteoarthritis treated by Tuina combinating with plaster.Method:Consulted extensive literature related to the combination of plaster and massage that was applied to treat patients diagnosed with knee osteoarthritis by search tools such as CNKI;30 cases with knee osteoarthritis were treated by Tuina combinating with plaster, once a day, and 10 times were one course of treatment.The therapeutic effects were assessed by ISOA、VAS、 WOMAC scale、50-step timing before and after treatment and the assessments would also be compared between the last treatment and the data collected after a two-follow visit.Results:Analyzed and cleared up the high quality representative data from the extensive literature. There was a significant difference in assessments of ISO A、VAS、WOMAC scale、50-step timing between before and after treatment(p<0.01) There was no significant differencein assessments between the last treatment and the data collected after a two-follow visit.Conclusions:it is obvious that Tuina combined with plaster is a effective treatment for patients with knee osteoarthritis.It can effectively improve knee pain,swelling, activities dysfunction, abnormal gait and other symptoms. And this treatment is simple to learn and done by patients at home.It is right to apply to clinical treatment.
