This thesis includes both theoretical research and clinical research. The first part is the theory research. The part is divided into literature review. Reviewed the progress in the study of Chinese and Western medicine for chronic kidney disease. The part of Western medicine were reviewed in the etiology, diagnosis, treatment and prognosis of the progress in the research of diagnosis, among them, some emphasis on kidney disease organization internat ional ly recognized for the diagnosis of CKD staging, treatment will focus on the current treatment of domestic, the etiology and prognosis of, respectively, on the domestic and foreign the paper summarizes research advances. Chinese medicine part, focus on the etiology and pathogenesis, syndrome differentiation and treatment were reviewed, including the treatment according to the time order review. Traditional Chinese medicine and Western Medicine on etiology, diagnosis, treatment, the combination of traditional Chinese and Western medicine were reviewed. The last part of the paper briefly summarized. This article lays the theoretical foundation for clinical research. The second part is clinical research.Object:From 2013 December to 2014 July in Dongzhimen Hospital Affiliated to Beijing University of Chinese Medicine Department of nephropathy outpatient and inpatient cases, will meet the inclusion criteria and exclusion criteria do not meet the cases included in the study. Methods:On the basis of the "CKD3 Chinese medicine symptom classification quantization table", by designated personnel with unified standard investigation, investigation content includes:gender, age, clinical symptoms score, Scr. Observation of 50 cases of patients with gender, age, GFR, TCM symptoms and syndrome distribution. The use of statistical software SPSS18.0, correlation analysis and simple correlation analysis of GFR cases with TCM symptom score. Correlation, multiple comparison analysis of TCM syndrome group GFR means between the groups using ANOVA.Results:This study shows that CKD3 midterm elderly patients with the most common syndromes of deficiency of spleen and kidney deficiency syndrome, empirical to blood stasis. GFR and TCM symptom integral, spleen and kidney deficiency syndrome and blood stasis syndrome integral no correlation. Between TCM syndrome deficiency syndrome, GFR between empirical difference were not significant. Conclusions:According to the results of this study can be concluded that GFR and syndromes, respectively from the Angle of Chinese and western medicine diagnosis and treatment of chronic kidney disease (CKD), optimization of treatment scheme based on syndrome differentiation and treatment without GFR laboratory indexes such as auxiliary, western medicine therapy in reducing the adverse reaction of TCM, delay the GFR decline has an irreplaceable role. Should be fully developing the superiority of TCM combined with western medicine specialty, explore conforms to the characteristics of traditional Chinese medicine diagnosis and treatment methods.
