Objective: Obstructive sleep apnea hypopnea syndrome(OSAHS) has become one of the independent factors associated with birth control pills, weight and other causes of essential hypertension. This study was designed to observe the patient in vivo assays triglycerides, low-density lipoprotein, lipoprotein a, high-sensitivity C-reactive protein, angiotensin, to understand the relationship between the incidence of OSAHS with hypertension and its clinical significance for clinical hypertension with OSAHS provide a theoretical basis for the treatment of patientsMethods:1. 49 people were selected in our hospital from January 2013 to January 2014 to our hospital for examination as a control group of normal people. Thus, We selected those patients with hypertension as hypertension group.2. Patients who were diagnosised as OSAHS by PSG in January 2013 to December 2014 at the First Affiliated Hospital of Zhengzhou University were selected. Then we refer to 60 patients who were diagnosed as OSAHS by PSG, but not with hypertension as OSAHS group. And We refer to 50 patients who were diagnosised as OSAHS patients with hypertension as OSAHS with hypertension group.3. All Everyone fasting venous blood was measured blood lipids, fasting glucose, liver and kidney function and other biochemical markers the next day morning. We detected blood pressure in hypertension during hospitalization, and regular use of antihypertensive drugs.4. Using SPSS19.0 statistical software for data analysis. Results:ANOVA show that the comparision of four groups in general, OSAHS with hypertension group and the control group, the hypertension group, purely OSAHS group, OSAHS with hypertension group and control was statistically significant in terms of triglycerides cool, total cholesterol, LDL, lipoprotein a, high sensitivity C-reactive protein, angiotensin, AHI((P<0.05)). OSAHS patients with fasting serum glucose, triglyceride, low-density lipoprotein, lipoprotein a, high-sensitivity C-reactive protein, angiotensin positive correlation with AHI.
