Part OneIn Vitro Control Polymerizable Time of A New Embolic Agent-polyacrylamide GelObjective to Explore Control Time of Polyacrylamide As An Arterial Embolic Agents Polymerize into Gel in A Embolism Model in Vitro. Methods After Building A Simulation Embolism Model in Vitro, We Use Polyacrylamide As Embolic Agent, Find the Optimal Gel Concentration, Temed: Ap Ratio and Injection Speed, Observe and Control the Gel Polymerizable Time. Results in A Constant Temperature Environment of 37℃,use 30% Acrylamide Stock Solution to Compound Polyacrylamide Gel of 7%(with Temed:ap=1:15), Bolus It Through An 2.9f Microcatheter with A Injection Rate of 0.1ml/s,we Can See the Best Polymerized Polyacrylamide Gel and It Is Easy to Control. Conclusion Polyacrylamide Gel Is A Cheap, Simple and Feasible, Controllable Polymerizable Time of A New Embolic Agents.Part TwoRabbits Experimental Study of Polyacrylamide Gel As Arterial Embolization AgentObjective According to the Data Obtained, Hepatic Arterial Embolization of Normal Rabbits Were Performed, General Condition, Hepatic Function and Pathological Changes of the Rabbits Treated by Hepatic Arterial Embolization Were Also Performed. Normal Liver Cell Necrosis Was Observed and Provides A Theoretical Basis for the Next Embolization Experimental in Rabbit Vx-2 Liver Cancer Model. Methods 30 Normal Rabbits Were Randomly Divided into Experimental Group and Control Group. the Experimental Group and the Control Group Were Both Punctured Through the Right Femoral Rabbits with A 2.9f Microcatheter and Ultra-selected into the Hepatic Artery, the Experimental Group Were Injected Polyacrylamide Gel Via Microcatheter, and the Control Group Were Injected Saline. Preoperative and Postoperative 1d, Postoperative 1d,3d,7d, Respectively, Liver Function Tests and Liver Tissue Pathology Were Detected and Made Contrasts. Results Polyacrylamide Gel Can Blocked Small Branches of Hepatic Artery and Peripheral Artery. Obvious Necrosis of Hepatocytes Were Proformed After 3 Day of Embolization, Liver Function Were Recovered to Preoperative Levels After 7 Day of Embolization. Conclusion Polyacrylamide Gel Is A Cheap, Easy to Operate, and Polymerization Time Controlled New Embolization Agents。because of Its Exact Effect of Rabbit Hepatic Artery Embolization, A Little Damage to Liver Function, Polyacrylamide Gel Can Be An Ideal Material for Embolization. Experimental and Clinical Trials of Its Effect on the Liver Mbolization of Rabbits Vx-2 Liver Cancer Models Need to Be Further Confirmed.
