Research Background:Sacrococcygeal pain is a common clinical disease in Department of orthopedics.According to the literature,sacrococcygeal pain in the general population prevalence ratio can reach 20%.Sacrococcygeal pain often caused by acute trauma, chronic strain, birth trauma and other reasons, and make the patients to tilt back seat, up, fast walking shoes, wearing pants, even cough, defecation pain aggravated, serious patients daily life.Since the female pelvic and sacral and coccygeal anatomy and other special reasons, Sacrococcygeal pain patients sees by women.In recent years, the treatment methods for sacroiliac pain has many aspects of thereports, but the choice of therapy is still controversial.At home and abroad the major treatments for sacrococcygeal pain are mainly oral, topical drugs, acupuncture, massage and acupuncture knife, operation treatment.Methods of westen medicine treatment of this disease is relateively limited, and the problems of drug side effects, poor compliance of the patient exict.In contrast, traditional manipulation treatment of this disease has a unique advantage.This treatment method is Chinese Academy of Chinese Medical Sciences Wangjing Hospital state-level old doctor of traditional Chinese Medicine Professor Sun Shuchun inherited, mining and carry Carry forward The palace of bone setting.lt is a kind of sacrococcygeal external treatment methods.The patients do not need to expose to perineum and other parts.It has the advantages of simple, exact curative effect, the utility model etc,and is a ideal treatment method worthing promoting for treating Sacrococcygeal pain.Clinical Research:Purpose of resesrch:1.Objective to evaluate the clinical efficacy of sacral manipulation treatment ofsacrococcygeal pain on pain2.To clear the characteristics and advantages of sacrococcygeal manipulations in the treatment of sacrococcygeal pain, and regulate clinical application of the technique.Methods:This study consists of three hospitals that were undertaken in 194 cases of sacrococcygeal pain cases of clinical observation.By using the method of central randomization, the cases were divided into treatment group and control group stochastically,each group of each 97 examples.The treatment group uses the sacrococcygeal massage therapy,3 times a week,2 weeks as a course of treatment.The treatment group received sacrococcygeal massage therapy,3 times a week,2 weeks as a course of treatment.The control group smeared the Diclofenac Diethylamine Gel’s, every day in the lesion smear two times,2 weeks for a course of treatment.The data for the two groups of 5 time points in the selection of patients on the day of admission and after second,7,14 days and 3 months after treatment follow-up visits were collected.To compare the analgesic effect and clinical curative effec of the two groups,through VAS pain score, sacrococcygeal pain tenderness values and sacrococcygeal pain benefit index observation form integral.Results:Before treatment, experimental group and control group has no statistical significance in the difference of gender,age, course, scores of clinical symptoms(P> 0.05).The both groups’s baseline is consistent, comparable, and reliability.The final statistics can be obtained:(1)Compared with prior treatment, the twe groups had highly significant difference on VAS、Sacrococcygeal pain benefit index observation table after 2 weeks treatment and follow-up period (P<0.01).(2)Through the comparison of the two groups of the difference of VAS pain sore on every visit time with the score before treatment.The treatment group’s difference of VAS pain sore were greater than the control group’s.And, there was significantly statistical difference between treatment group and control group starting from the first visit (P< 0.01).Through the comparison of the two groups of the difference of Sacrococcygeal pain benefit index observation table pain sore on every visit time with the score before treatment.The treatment group’s difference of the pain score(absolute value) were greater than the control group’s.And, there was significantly statistical difference between treatment group and control group starting from the first visit (P< 0.01).(3)Evaluation of curative effect showed that, the obvious effective rate of the treatment group was 63.9%, while the total effective was 91.7%;the obvious effective rate of the control group was 29.2%, while the total effective was 69.4%.During the follow-up period, the effective rate in the experimental group was 65.3%,the total effective rate was 91.7%, the obvious effective rate of the control group was 13.9%, while the total effective was 69.4%.Results of the two groups was statistically significant difference (P<0.01), and the difference is very significant in the follow-up period (P<0.01).Conclusion:1. Sacral tail technique can effectively improve the pain symptoms of sacral tail pain, and the short-term curative effect is stable.2.The curative effect of Sacrococcygeal pain treated by Sacral tail technique was obviously better than the Diclofenac Diethylamine Gel’s.3.Sacral technique has the advantages of simple operation, easy to be accepted by patients.
