1 Objective1.1 To realize the rapid qualitative identification of imported dragon’s and the China dragon’s blood using electronic nose technology.1.2 To realize use attenuated total internal reflectance fourier transform infrared spectroscopy to identify the adulterated substances of imported dragon’s blood.1.3 To realize rapid determination of content of imported dragon’s and the China dragon’s blood using attenuated total reflection infrared spectroscopy and near infrared diffuse reflectance spectroscopy.2 Research2.1 Sample CollectionIn Hebei market, Anhui Bozhou Anguo herbs medicine market,Guilin,Harbin, Henan medicine market,Shandong,Beijing,Tongrentang,Hongkong,Singapore and other places have been collected 27 batches of imported dragon’s blood,55 batches of medicinal materials of China dragon’s blood.2.2 Character IdentificationThe collected imported dragon’s blood samples were identified according to the 2010 edition of Pharmacopoeia of The People’s Republic of China, determine the collected samples were processed into resin exudation of Daemonorops draco B1., China dragon’s blood Daemonorops draco B1. Resina Draconis were identified according to the State Drug Administration were resin extracted from the xylem of Dracaena cochinchinensis(Lour.)S.C. Chen.2.3 High performance liquid chromatography method for determining the content of effective component.According to the 2010 edition of China pharmacopoeia method measuring imported dragon’s and the China dragon’s blood’s effective content, and the results are shown in table 3-1 and table 3-2.2.4 Identification of aduletration material of imported dargon’s blood and the qualitative and quantitative research of China dragon’s blood. The results showed that 13 batches of 27 imported dragon’s blood samples were maxed with rosin,4 batch were China dragon’s blood,3 batch processed dragon’s blood using attenuated total reflection infrared spectroscopy and near infrared diffuse reflectance spectroscopy to determine the content of Dracorhodin,Loureirin A, Loureirin B.The results are shown in table 1 and table 2.2.5 Using electronic nose to identifity the imported dragon’s blood and domestic dragon’s blood the DFA discriminant model is set up,51sets of dat, validated 47 group identification value is greater than 90%,4 sets of data have not been identified, the recognition rate is 92.2%,showing that the DFA model prediction accuracy is high. From the point of recognition group, most of the data set is given proper identification, odor identification technology combined with DFA discriminant model in domestic in the dragon’s blood and imported in the identification of dragon’s blood is meaningful.3 InnovationsFor the first time applied the attenuated total reflection infrared spectroscopy to identify adulteration material of imported dragon’s blood.For the first time by rapid determination of infrared spectrum technology of imported dragon’s blood and China dragon’s blood content of effective component.For the first time using electronic nose technology to identify China dragon’s blood and the imported dragon’s blood.
