The injection continued for 10 days with the dosages ranged from 0.5mg/each animal in the first day to 0.2 mg/each from the second to the ninth day, and to 0.5mg/each animal in the last day.1 hour later after the last time of Estradiol Benzoate injection, oxytocinum was given to animals with pharmaceutical intervention group (2U/each animal) by intra-peritoneal injection the dysmenorrheal model group, A group, B group.and 1-5 days after the injection, was placed into -25℃ freezer for 4 hours (with a 5 seconds interval between every 2 hours for ventilation). Effects of moxibustion early intervention on dysmenorrheal rat models of cold stagnation syndrome uterine blood vessel diameter, number, color, clarity.Compared with that of the saline group, rats in the cold stagnation dysmenorrheal group had remarkably shrunken uterus micro-vessel diameter and definition at all time points from the 5th to the 60th minutes (P<0.01). They also had significantly reduced uterus capillary diameter, numbers and micro-vessel color (P<0.01,P<0.05) from the 5th to the 60th minute.In contrast with the cold stagnation dysmenorrheal group, rats in the A group had significantly higher uterus micro-vessel and capillary diameter at all the time points from the 5th to the 60th minute (P<0.01,P<0.05), significantly increased uterus capillary numbers at all the time points from the 5th to the 60th minute (P<0.01), significantly increased uterus micro-vessel numbers at all the time points from the 40th to the 60th minute (P<0.01,P<0.05). The definition of uterus micro-vessels of animals in the group were obviously improved at all the time points from the 5th to the 60th minute (P<0.01), significantly improved micro-vessel color at all the time points from the 5th to the 20th minute (P<0.01).In contrast with the cold stagnation dysmenorrheal group, rats in the B group had significantly higher uterus micro-vessel and capillary diameter at all the time points from the 5th to the 60th minute (P<0.01), significantly increased uterus capillary numbers at all the time points from the 5th to the 60th minute (P<0.01), significantly increased uterus micro-vessel numbers at all the time points from the 40th to the 60th minute (P<0.01). The definition of uterus micro-vessels of animals in the group were obviously improved at all the time points from the 5th to the 60th minute (P<0.01,P<0.05), significantly improved micro-vessel color at all the time points from the 5th to the 30th minute (P<0.01,P<0.05).In comparison with the A group, the uterus micro-vessel and capillary diameter or numbers-the color and definition of uterus micro-vessels of animals in the B group were improved at all the time points from the 5th to the 60th minute.But there was no significant difference among this indexes.In contrast with the cold stagnation dysmenorrheal group,A group set of indicators of P value than group B group.although there was no significant difference among this indexes, the curative effect of group B was superior to group A trend.2. Effects of Moxibustion early intervention on dysmenorrheal rat models of cold stagnation syndrome uterine prostaglandin receptor FP,EP2,FP/EP2.Compared with that of the saline group, The cold stagnation dysmenorrheal group PGF2 a receptor content of model group increased significantly (P<0.01), rised EP2 content but no statistical difference,significantly increased in PGF2 a receptor/EP2 (P<0.01).In contrast with the cold stagnation dysmenorrheal group, rats in the A group had significantly decreased PGF2 a receptor, EP2 and PGF2 a receptor/EP2 (P<0.01). Group B was the same situation.In comparison with the A group, rats in the B group had decreased PGF2 a receptor, EP2 and PGF2 a receptor/EP2 (P<0.01), but no statistical difference.Conclusions:1.Compared with that of the saline group, rats in the cold stagnation dysmenorrheal group set of indicators in uterus microcirculation had remarkably shrunken. Intrauterine environment imbalances,lead the uterus tissue presents cold stagnation nature symptoms.2. After the action of moxibustion close yuan of acupuncture point, rats in the cold stagnation dysmenorrheal group the uterus microcirculation status markedly improved, prostaglandins in uterine tissue related receptors geted right, environment back into balance within the body3.
