Clinical Research Of Abdominal Acupuncture With Isolated-herbal Moxibustion On Shenque In Treating Primary Dysmenorrheal Induced By The Cold And Blood Stagnation

ObjectiveTo observe the clinical efficacy on abdominal acupuncture with isolated-herbal moxibustion on Shenque in treating primary dysmenorrheal induced by the cold and blood stagnation by calculating the symptoms of the dysmenorrheal score and the VAS score.MethodsThe treatment group received abdominal acupuncture with isolated-herbal moxibustion on Shenque treatment, while two control groups are respectively with abdominal acupuncture therapy and isolated-herbal moxibustion on Shenque treatment, the same acupoinst is included in abdominal acupuncture therapy. All patients began treatment at ovulatory period, After 1 course of treatment,3 course of treatment and the follow-up, to estimate the dysmenorrheal symptom scores and the VAS score, and determine efficacy and safety, for statistical comparative analysis.Result(1)clinical effect:3 course of treatment later, the treatment group of 30 cases:lcases were cured,14 cases were marked effective, effective 13 cases, invalid 2 cases. Control group received abdominal acupuncture therapy of 30 cases:0 case was cured,1 case was markedly effective, effective 21 cases, invalid 8 cases. Control group received isolated-herbal moxibustion on Shenque treatment of 30 cases:0 case was cured,0 case was markedly effective, effective 20 cases, invalid 10 cases. The total efficiency of the treatment group is 93.3%, while the total efficiency of two control groups are respectively 66.7%and 70.0%. Compared with the efficiency of three groups, the efficiency of the treatment group is better than the others(2) the symptoms of the dysmenorrheal score:3 course of treatment later, the dysmenorrheal symptom of three groups is improved.The symptoms of the dysmenorrheal score of three groups are respectively 4.83±2.41、7.40±2.47、 6.22±2.56. Analyzing the comparision of before-and-after treatment, the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.01), showing that three kinds of therapy can reduce the symptoms of the dysmenorrheal score and improve the clinical symptom of the dysmenorrheal. Compared with the same period of three groups, the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.01), showed that the efficiency of improving the clinical symptom of the dysmenorrheal of the treatment group is better than the two control groups.(3) the VAS score:3 course of treatment later, the dysmenorrheal symptoms in pain of three groups is improved. The VAS score of three groups are respectively 2(2.25)、4(2)、3(2). Analyzing the comparision of before-and-after treatment, the difference was statistically significant (P＜0.01), showing that three kinds of therapy can reduce VAS score. Compared with the same period of three groups, the difference was statistically significant (P＜0.01), showed that the efficiency of the treatment group in improving the clinical symptom of the dysmenorrheal is better than the two control groups.All the result showed that the clinical effect of the treatment group is better than two control groups, with significant clinical efficacy.ConclusionAll the result showed that three kind of therapy can obviously improve the clinical efficacy of dysmenorrheal. But compared with the abdominal acupuncture therapy and isolated-herbal moxibustion on Shenque treatment, abdominal acupuncture with isolated-herbal moxibustion on Shenque treatment is more effective in improving the pain and symptoms of the dysmenorrheal, sign and daily activities.
