Clinical Evaluation Of Fuzheng Qubao Oral Liquid In Treating Atherosclerotic Renal Artery Stenosis

Background:From 2008, the research team led by tutor Rao Xiangrong began to study the etiology and pathogenesis of ARAS, and to study the syndrome differentiation, which laid a solid foundation for this research.This study is a clinical observation of randomized controlled trials, the clinical efficacy of ARAS patients with the treatment of the anti turbid turbid oral liquid.Objective:In this study of atherosclerotic renal artery stenosis (ARAS) caused by chronic renal failure patients (CKDâ…¡-â…£) as the research object to form a therapy of traditional Chinese medicine (TCM), supplemented by modern medicine foundation treatment of ischemic nephropathy in Chinese and Western medicine combined treatment to the clinical diagnosis and treatment.Methods:The clinical data were collected:SPSS21.0 was used to establish the database and analyzed, and P< 0.05 was considered as the difference of the test.Results:Treatment group and control group,25 cases in each. Of the total deaths were 0 cases of death,2 cases of renal replacement therapy,0 cases of treatment group,6 cases of serum creatinine,1 cases of treatment group,2 cases of acute renal failure,1 cases of treatment group. Statistical ARAS patients complicating diseases, of which the proportion of hypertension reached 98%, hyperlipidemia is common with disease, up to 46%, and coronary heart disease (CHD) is 24%, cerebrovascular diseases,30% and diabetes 28%.The treatment group before and after treatment serum creatinine and glomerular filtration rate, TCM syndrome score were group paired samples t test, P< 0.05, there is statistical significance; control group:serum creatinine changes exist significant, glomerular filtration rate and TCM syndrome integral does not exist statistical significance. The BUN and serum lipid levels (CHO, LDL, TG) in the treatment group and the control group were treated by t test, and there were no significant differences.Conclusion:Into the group of patients with hypertension, diabetes, coronary heart disease and hyperlipidemia disease and cerebrovascular disease merger rate is higher.The anti turbid liquid of the body is the basis of the optimized treatment, and can delay the development of ARAS chronic renal failure, protect the remnant kidney function, and have some control blood pressure function.Through the symptoms of TCM, the turbid turbid oral liquid can improve the clinical symptoms, improve the life treatment, improve the prognosis of patients.
