Study On Compatibility Theory Model Of Medicinal Combination

The use of Traditional Chinese Medicine in our country has a history of thousands of years and forms its unique theoretical system as well as application method. As one of its core theory, the studies of compatibility receive a lot of attention. The angle of medicinal properties is common and can allow many important means to study drug compatibility. Exploring the rules in herbs compatibility can reveal the compatibility connotation in depth from the aspect of nature, and then to increase the credibility and understanding degree of traditional Chinese medicine. In the aspects of theoretical, experimental and clinical related studies are already underway. Our research group represents the characteristics of Chinese herbal medicine with the herbal nature combinations constituted by four properties, five tastes and channel tropism and has been concluded knowledge and associated from multiple angles, but it is lack of theoretical summary on the law of the compatibility. However, theory has the function of explanation and prediction, can influence and guide the scientific research. Therefore, this article builds medicinal combination and compatibility theory model.After finishing the traditional Chinese medicine medicinal properties and efficacy recorded in the Pharmacopoeia of the People’s Republic of China, this paper concludes the data model as efficacy-Chinese medicine-the herbal nature combination. Compared with the Couplet Medicines Theory, we can also get the relation in efficacy-couplet medicines-herbal nature combination. Taking the herbs and couplet medicines as examples, this article can extract directly effect between the herbal nature combinations and efficacy units, through the inductive logic programming methods from data mining. Knowing the rules in the compatibility of herbal nuture combinations can help clear how different modes formed through the compatibility affect the produce of the corresponding effect. Use Cytoscape software, can draw the medicinal combination compatibility network diagram in different levels. Based on the background of Chinese medicine, analyzing the efficacy expression of the mode of herbal nature combination and comparing the difference between the law from different level can interpret compatibility of traditional Chinese medicine characteristics from the Angle of medicinal combination.Entity grammar system can be used to build and represent the herbal nature combination and compatibility theory model. All parts of the system corresponded with the required elements in theory building, the law in the compatibility of herbal nature combinations arranged as rules that can be used for logical reasoning, the model can implements the derivation process of the efficacy. This process can be described as, screening the herbal nature combinations of input object, as the initial condition, contrast and find compatibility mode that can be formed, then output corresponding efficacy unit. The theory model takes the four properties, five tastes, channel tropism from medical elements and efficacy units as basic elements, herbal nature combinations and the compatibility mode as its structure, the law in the compatibility of herbal nature combinations from data mining as the main rules for deriving, interprets the compatibility from the perspective of herbal nature combination and can be used to deriving efficacy units automatically. Taking Traditional Chinese medicine as the input samples and to evaluate the effect units of the output can verify its rationality and limitations. Further application of the herbal nature combination and compatibility theory model can draw a new principle of compatibility theory, in order to explore emergent properties of herbs in efficacy level after coordinating use. Automatic derivation process also provides possibilities for faster research methods and more clinical application.In this paper, we put the Traditional Chinese Medicine, couplet medicines, medicinal properties and efficacy as research object, make the transition of the researches in laws of the compatibility to the herbal nature combinations, to analyze the interaction between them through data mining methods and looking for hidden effectively knowledge, finally get the law in the compatibility of herbal nature combinations targeted efficacy, so as to investigate the influence of compatibility mode formed by herbal nature combinations to efficacy units, and elaborate features of compatibility in Traditional Chinese Medicine from this angle to perfect property theory. The herbal nature combination and compatibility theory model constructed by the entity grammar system makes the relations and laws through research become theoretical and systematic, forms new compatibility principle and achieves process for automatically compatibility and efficacy derivation. This enables the herbal nature combinations can be effectively used in the system framework to provide a theoretical basis for clinical use and effectiveness analysis, is a new method to explore the law of the compatibility so that can promote the development and innovation of Traditional Chinese Medicine.
