Objective:Combining the theory of "correspondence between human and nature" to combine the change of menstrual phase and female menstrual cycle,to explore the treatment of female infertility by adjusting the relationship between menstrual cycle and menstrual phase,so as to improve the final cure rate of infertility patients, and to provide new ideas and treatment directions for clinical research of infertility. Methods:A prospective randomized controlled non-blind study was conducted to collect infertility patients who visited the gynecological clinic of Longhua Hospital Affiliated to Shanghai University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from November 2016 to June2018.According to inclusion criteria and exclusion criteria,150 infertility patients in the monthly calendar year cycle group were selected, and 159 infertility patients in the natural cycle group complied with their own cycle were compared.Pregnancy rate and abortion rate to explore the guiding role of the theory of heaven and man in the treatment of infertility.Results:(1)Ovulation rate: A total of 150 patients were enrolled in the monthly calendar year cycle group, and 616 cycles were counted,of which 436 were ovulation cycles and the ovulation rate was 70.8%.159 patients were enrolled in the natural cycle group, and 698 cycles were counted,of which 431 were ovulation cycles and the ovulation rate was 61.7%.There was significant difference in ovulation rate between the two groups(P < 0.05).(2)The relationship between CC dosage and ovulation rate: 50 mg*5 d,100 mg*5 d,150 mg*5 d,150 mg*7 d,150 mg*10 d,the ovulation rate was 37.5%,35.8%,47.6%,50.8%,75.0%.Statistical results showed that there was a linear relationship between CC dosage and ovulation rate. With the increase of CC dosage, the ovulation rate would increase;there was no linear trend between CC dosage and ovulation rate in monthly calendar year cycle group. There was a linear trend between CC dose and ovulation rate in natural cycle group.(3)Pregnancy rate: 150 cases in monthly calendar year cycle group,100 cases of pregnancy, pregnancy rate 66.7%;159 cases in natural cycle group,93 cases of pregnancy, pregnancy rate 58.5%;there was no statistical difference between the twogroups(P > 0.05);(4)146 cases of primary infertility,84 cases of pregnancy,163 cases of secondary infertility,109 cases of pregnancy, there was no statistical difference between the two groups(P > 0.0).Among 150 patients in the calendar year cycle group,79 were primary infertility and 55 were pregnant;71 were secondary infertility and 45 were pregnant. There was no significant difference in pregnancy rate between the two groups(P > 0.05);in the natural cycle group, there were 67 cases of primary infertility,29 cases of pregnancy,92 cases of secondary infertility and 64 cases of pregnancy. There was significant difference in pregnancy rate between the two groups(P < 0.05).Treatment cycle: The treatment cycle of the calendar year group was 6.93 ±4.71,and that of the natural period group was 5.29 ±4.83,with statistical difference(P<0.05).The treatment cycle of the natural period group was smaller than that of the calendar year group.12-week pass rate, early abortion rate and live birth rate: 100 pregnancies in monthly calendar year cycle group, including 15 cases of early abortion,15.0% of early abortion rate,85 cases of 12-week pass rate,85.0% of 12-week pass rate;93 cases of pregnancy in natural cycle group,22 cases of early abortion,23.7% of early abortion rate,71 cases of 12-week pass rate,76.3% of 12-week pass rate. There was no statistical difference in the 12-week pass rate and early abortion rate between the two groups(P > 0.05);100 pregnancies,85 births and 85% live births in the calendar year cycle group;93 pregnancies,70 births and 75.3% live births in the natural cycle group;there was no statistical difference in the two groups(P > 0.05).Lunar phase and last menstruation: 309 infertility patients were divided into four groups according to the last menstrual phase, and the early abortion rate had statistical difference(P < 0.05).Therefore,different months had an effect on the early abortion rate, among which the last quarter group 33.3%> the first quarter group19.6% > the full moon group14.6% > the new moon group11.5%;According to the grouping of the last menstrual phase in the calendar year cycle group, there was statistical difference(P < 0.05),indicating that the different phases of the moon would affect the early abortion rate.Among them, the last quarter group35.0% > the first quarter group16.0%> the new moon group 9.4%> the full moon group4.3%;There was no statistical difference in the natural cycle group according to the time of the last menstruation(P > 0.05),and the abortion rate was the last quarter group31.8% > the full moon group24.0% > the first quarter group 23.1%> the new moon group15.0%.Lunar phase and ovulation time: 309 infertility patients were divided into four groups according to the time of ovulation. There was no statistical difference in the early abortion rate among the four groups(P > 0.05).among which the new moon group20.6% > the full moon group20.0%> the last quarter group19.6% > the first quarter group16.7%,according to the time of ovulation, there was no statistical difference(P > 0.05),the new moon group30.8%> the full moon group22.2%>the last quarter group7.4%> the first quarter group4.2%;natural cycle group according to the time of ovulation in the lunar phase grouping,no statistical difference(P > 0.05),the abortion rate was the last quarter group33.3%> the first quarter group29.2% > the full moon group16.7% > the new moon group14.3%.Conclusion:The theory of correspondence between human and nature has a guiding role in the treatment of female infertility.Combining the changes of the month phase to adjust the female physiological cycle and combining traditional Chinese and Western medicine to treat female ovulation disorder infertility can effectively improve the ovulation rate, increase the pregnancy rate and live birth rate, reduce the abortion rate, and help to improve the clinical efficacy of ovulation disorder infertility.infertility.
