Observation On Immune Efficacy Of Qingxin Lianzi Decoction In Treating Recurrent Pneumonia Infection

Object:To observe the sedative lotus seed drinks add and subtract the treatment of recurrent urinary tract infections observe clinical curative effect and immunity.Methods:The Oriental nephrology outpatient hospital, urology clinic recurrent urinary tract infections in 52 patients with random set call lotus seed treatment group (27 cases) and control group (25 cases), antibiotics in addition to rest, drink water more, much micturition foundation treatment, such as antibiotics in the control group according to the result of drug susceptibility to choose the sensitive antibiotics, oral or intravenous drip, blessed are lotus seed treatment group on the basis of the above on the GUI with call lotus seed drink oral treatment. Treatment time is 2 weeks, the two groups before and after treatment was evaluated by indirect immunofluorescence method urine SIGA, peripheral blood CD3, CD4+, CD8+, CD4+/CD8 ratio change, study of symptoms, patients were followed up for 6 months to observe patients relapse after drug use.Results:(1)To 27 cases treatment group and control group of 25 patients were women, the treatment group and control group patients age after statistical analysis, P> 0.05 no statistical significance. (3) After treatment in treatment group total effective rate was 88.9%, control group was 92.0%, no obvious difference.Treatment group recurrence rate 14.8%, control group recurrence rate was 28.0%. (4) Treatment group and control group after treatment in frequency, urgency, urine pain, urine, stomach discomfort, etc, no significant statistical difference (P>0.05);At the waist aches, dry mouth, lack of power, warm and cold, waist and abdomen is not cold, hands and feet warm, encounter cold accentuation had obvious differences compared with control group (P< 0.05). (5) The control group before and after treatment in urine SIGA, peripheral blood CD3, CD4+, CD8+, CD4+/CD8+ratio had no obvious difference (P> 0.05); Comparing the treatment group before and after treatment urine SIGA, peripheral blood CD3, CD4+, CD8+, CD4+/CD8 ratio have obvious difference (P< 0.05).Conclusion:(1)Blessed are lotus seed drinks add and subtract reduce recurrence in patients with recurrent urinary tract infections, improve the cure rate, the long-term curative effect is ideal. (2)Blessed are lotus seed drinks add and subtract in improving clinical symptoms and physical signs effect is superior to western medicine treatment group, especially in dry mouth, fatigue, the waist aches, is fond of warm and cold, waist and abdomen is not cold, hands and feet warm, encounter cold accentuation, wait for a symptom improvement. (3)Blessed are lotus seed drinks add and subtract in order to regulate the pat ient’s immune function, improve the patient’s immune resistance.
