Objective: To observe the clinical effect of Liangfu Weiling Decoction in the treatment of deficiency syndrome of chronic gastritis.Methods: 72 patients with diagnostic criteria were randomly divided into 2 groups, of which 36 cases in the control group, 36 cases in the treatment group. The patients in treatment group were treated with Liangfu Weiling Decoction, patients in control group were treated with rabeprazole enteric coated tablets in the treatment, after 1 month treatment, before and after treatment were compared between the two groups clinical symptoms total score, specific clinical symptom score, clinical symptoms of total efficiency and the specific clinical symptoms of efficiency.Results:(1) There were no significant differences in gender, age, duration of disease, degree of illness, and total score of symptoms before treatment in two groups, and it was comparable..(2) The total effective rate of the treatment group was 83.3%, the control group was 91.67%, the control group was better than the treatment group, the total efficacy of the treatment group was significantly different(P < 0.05).(3) In the improvement of clinical symptoms, the control group was superior to the treatment group, and the treatment group and the control group had a significant difference(P < 0.05)..(4)During the medication, the treatment group and the control group were safe, no adverse reactions.Conclusion:(1) Liangfu Weiling Decoction in significant effect in the treatment of chronic gastritis of spleen deficiency syndrome, in terms of clinical symptom score improvement and clinical symptoms, is superior to the western medicine control group.(2) Liangfu Weiling Decoction is relatively flat,through the operation of spleen dampness, to achieve the purpose of reinforcing the spieen and not excessive tonic,dampness stagnation in middle jiao and regulating spleen and stomach function.Has a good effect in the treatment of chronic gastritis of spleen stomach deficiency cold syndrome, improve the quality of life of patients.
