Clinical Observation On Treatment Of The Weakness Of Spleen And Stomach Type Of CNAG By Jianweixiaoshi Oral Liquid Combined With Rabeprazole Sodium Enteric-coated Capsules

Objective: Through the clinical observation on treatment of the weakness of spleen and stomach type of chronic non-atrophic gastritis by Jianweixiaoshi oral liquid combined with Rabeprazole Sodium Enteric-coated Capsules,to improve the clinical symptoms of the patients and safety,and to guide the clinical treatment.Methods: 70 patients with the weakness of spleen and stomach type of Chronic non-atrophic gastritis were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group(n = 35).The patients were divided into the treatment group and the control group.The treatment group received Rabeprazole Sodium Enteric-coated Capsules(20mg once,2 times a day,before meals,po)and Jianweixiaoshi oral liquid(10ml once,2 times a day,after meals,po);the control group was given Rabeprazole Sodium Enteric-coated Capsules(same as the treatment group)added domperidone(10mg once,3 times a day,before meals' 15 ~ 30 minutes,po);the two groups were observed and recorded before and after treatment 14 days after symptom score changes and adverse reactions of the type,severity and incidence etc..Results: 64 patients completed the treatment.The treatment group and the control group total effective rate were 90.625% and 84.375%,significant efficiency were 53.125%,31.250%,two groups of patients with total effective rate and significant efficiency were no statistically significant difference (the total efficiency of two groups : p=0.076>0.05,the significant efficiency of two groups:p=0.450>0.05),indicating that the two groups had no significant difference in treatment effect.The total score of symptoms in the control group and the treatment group was significantly decreased after treatment,and the difference was statistically significant(p=0.000<0.05 in the control group and p=0.000<0.05 in the treatment group).The treatment group compared with the control group,the total score of symptoms decreased significantly,there were significant differences(p=0.045<0.05).However,the treatment group than the control group decreased significantly in the abdominal distension,loose stool,fatigue and other symptoms,with statistical significance(abdominal distention:p=0.006<0.05,loose stool p=0.025<0.05,fatigue p=0.02<0.05): the treatment group has advantages in the treatment of abdominal distension,loose stool,fatigue etc..There were no obvious adverse reactions in the two groups.Conclusion: Jianweixiaoshi oral liquid combined with Rabeprazole Sodium Enteric-coated Capsules is better than Domperidone combined with Rabeprazole Sodium Enteric-coated Capsules in the treatment of the weakness of spleen and stomach type of chronic non-atrophic gastritis,and no obvious adverse reaction.
