Comparison Of The Treatment Of Osteoporosis And Alfalfa In The Elderly With Femoral Intertrochanteric Fracture

Purpose:To investigate the therapeutic effect of Gushukang in the osteoporotic Intertrochantericfractures patients who after PFNA.By comparing the results of fracture healing time, TCMsymptoms, appropriate physical and chemical test results Harris hip score and so on in theosteoporotic Intertrochanteric fracturespatients proved that Gushukang has the function ofBushenzhuanggu Huoxuezhitong, Yijing tiansui, to provide reasonable suggestion in theclinical treatment of osteoporotic intertrochanteric fracture.Methods:According to the diagnostic criteria and exclusion criteria of cases,66cases werecollected,in the Guke Hospital of shenyang from2012.10-2014.1.Patients were randomlydivided into two groups of33patients that treatment groups: treatment of PFNA withGushukang; Control group: treatment of PFNA with Alfa D3.Recording the two cases’sGeneral information, surgical data, postoperative complications and functional recovery,treated12weeks and12weeks were followed-up and observed indicators of the fracturehealing time, TCM symptoms, clinical efficacy, physical and chemical test results and theHarris hip score and so on.Results:1．On the comparison of fracture healing time，two groups of patients had a significantdifference. It suggested that the treatment group,s clinical healing time was shorter than thecontrol group.2．After4and8weeks，two groups had significant differences on the aspect of the score onhip. The treatment group’s effects were better than the control group.3．On the comparison of the physical and chemical indicators, two groups had significantdifferences. It suggested that the treatment group’s effects were better than the control group.4．On the comparison of TCM symptoms, two groups of patients were significantly improvedafter4and8weeks. But the treatment group’s effects were better than the control group. Conclusion:1．Gushukang had the effect of invigorant, blood promoting and pain relieving, promoting thefracture healing.2．On the comparison of the treating on osteoporotic intertrochanteric fractures, the group ofGushukang with the internal fixation of PFNA was better than the control group with theinternal fixation of PFNA.3．On the aspect of improving patients, symptoms of waist and knee pain, and lassitude,Gushukang group had better effect than Alfa D3。...
