Literature Review On The Clinical Study Of Traditional Chinese Medicine In Treating Psoriasis Vulgaris

Purpose： Comprehensive understanding of traditional Chinese medicinetreatment of psoriasis vulgaris recent literature, the clinical efficacy ofobjective and credible evaluation system.Material and method：Retrieval from2000to2013of the traditional Chinesemedicine treatment of ordinary psoriasis as clinical research domestic allcompleted, has published literatures.According to the literature of inclusionand exclusion criteria,in accordance with the principles of clinicalepidemiology/DME methodology and methods for the evaluation system of thetraditional Chinese medicine treatment of ordinary psoriasis literature to haveincluded in the quality of literature evaluation.Using RevMan5.2Metaanalysis,sensitivity analysis of the quality of different design research,makea funnel diagram analysis publication bias.Results：1.Through the systematic reviews of literature research,in traditional Chinesemedicine (TCM) in treatment of ordinary psoriasis clinical reports, Still existsmany problems.In do not take the randomization,early estimates of insufficientsample size,wrong understanding blinded,lack of allocationconcealment,Comparison between groups of poor balance and improper applicationof statistical methods.2.Meta analysis results show that the traditional Chinese medicine treatmentof ordinary psoriasis compared with western medicine, proprietary Chinesemedicine has its obvious advantages, and lower rate of adverse reactions,difference is statistically significant. Through the design of different qualityof sensitivity analysis, it can be relatively consistent results, show that theresearch conclusion is reliable. Conclusion：1.Document system evaluation study concluded that there is a problem making theprospective, randomized, comparability and reliability, etc. are caused bydefects. So that Chinese medicine treatment of psoriasis vulgaris reliabilityand authenticity have been greatly affected.2. Meta analysis results indicate the traditional Chinese medicine treatment ofordinary psoriasis has broad prospects, for clinical and scientific researchhas a guiding significance to the reality, is worth further research anddevelopment.
