The process of Statistical analyse, supported by the Revman4.2 software, is dividing the literature into different groups according to the requirement for investigation,making the low-lying heterogeneity in the mode of fixed domino offect and high-lying heterogeneity in the mode of random domino offect then do the sensitivity analysis.Adopting the OR and 95%Cl as effect size of ADR, and make the funnel plot to analyze the potential enunciable bias for low-quality literature.Results:All the concerned literatures are divided in to three groups, the 5 of research on treat Psoriasis Vulgaris with fufangqingdaijiaonang has no heterogeneity difference in each group (X2=0.48, P=0.98, I2=0%), analyzing the digestive system with fixed domino offect and the result is Z= 3.85,P=0.0001<0.01,which shows it contain the statistic meaning, To make funnel plot for 5 low-quality literature, the result is that all the research is symmetrical arranged by central line, which shows that enunciable difference is small.The 3 of research on treat Psoriasis Vulgaris with huobahuagen.The research for the damage on the digestive system has low heterogeneity difference(X2=4.03, P=0.13>0.05,12=50.4%) Analyzing with fixed domino offect, the result is Z=1.32, P=0.19>0.05, which shows no statistic meaning, Analyzing its damage on the function of liver and kidney with fixed domino offect has no enunciable difference(X2=0.29, P=0.59, I2=0%).
