The Role Of Hepcidin And Inflammatory Factors In The Pathogenesis Of Cancer Anemia In Gastrointestinal Tumors

Part ⅠThe significance and expression of serum level ofhepcidin, IL-6,IFN-γ and TNF-αin gastroenteritic tumorpatients with cancer-related anemiaObjective To investigate the significance of serum level of hepcidin changings andthe relationships between Hepcidin and IL-6、IFN-γ、TNF-α in gastroenteritic tumorpatients with cancer-related anemia.Methods The serum levels of Hepcidin and IL-6、IFN-γ、TNF-α in94cases ofgastroenteritic tumor patiences were detected by ABC-ESA. including29cases ofpatiences with anemia.The relationships between Hepcidin and anemia、IL-6、IFN-γ、TNF-α were analysed.Results①T he serum levels of Hepcidinand IL-6in gastroenteritic tumor patientswith cancer-related anemia were much higher than the patiences without anemia,whichwere50.89±32.78μg/Land30.77±34.44ng/L vs30.06±30.4μg/L and11.61±28.13ng/L（p<0.05）.The serum levels of IFN-γand TNF-α were138.96±70.23ng/L and7.2±3.81ng/L vs135±59.06ng/L and9.2±8.19ng/L （p>0.05）, which were no obviousdifferences.②In gastroenteritic tumor patients with cancer-related anemia,there was apositive correlationship between Hepcidin and IL-6(r=0.375， p<0.05),but nocorrelationship between IFN-γand TNF-α（r=-0.167和0.01，p>0.05）.③In gastroenteritictumor patients with cancer-related anemia, there were no correlation between Hepcidin、IL-6、IFN-γ、TNF-α and Hemoglobin.Conclusion The expression of Hepcidin and IL-6in patients with gastroenteritictumor cancer-related anemia increased significantly. There was a positive correlationbetween Hepcidin and IL-6. Part Ⅱ The expression of HJV、Hepcidin、FP1and TFR2ingastrointestinal tumor tissure，and their relationships withanemia, clinical featuresObjective To explore the expressions of Hepcidin、HJV、FP1and TFR2ingastrointestinal cancer,and their relationships to anemia and clinical features.Methods The expressions of Hepcidin、HJV、FP1and TFR2(Transferrin Receptor)was determined by Immunohistochemistry assay in57cases of patient withgastrointestinal tumor.Results①T here were no significant different in the expression of Hepcidin、HJV、FP1and TFR2between anemia group and non-anemia group.②The expression ofHepcidin and FP1were related to T stage.③The expression of Hepcidin、HJV、FP1andTFR2were not related to lymph node metastasis and distant metastases.④There wasnegatively correlated with Hepcidin and FP1（r=-0.29，P<0.05），The expressing of HJVand TFR2had not correlations with Hepcidin.Conclusion The expression of Hepcidin、 HJV、FP1and TFR2were detected ingastrointestinal tumor, The expression of Hepcidin and FP1are related to T stage.
