Clinical Observation On Treatment Of Ventricular Premature Beat By Coronary Heart Disease With Yiqi Huoxue Powder

Objective:To observe the clinical effect of YiQiHuoXue Powder on premature ventricular contraction of coronary heart disease. And analysis the difference of the curative effect of TCM syndrome type, provide certain evidence for clinical use.Methods:120out-patients and in-patients who meet inclusion criteria and were not in accordance with the exclusion criterion from the emergency department of Teaching Hospital of Cheng Du University of TCM (From October2012to December2013) were collected. The patients were randomly divided into the experiment group and the control group. The experiment group was treated with YiQiHuoXue Powder,(10gram each time, take3times a day, after meals). The control group was treated with wenxin pellet,(9gram each time, take3times a day, after meals).The course of treatment was4weeks.Results:1.There was no statistic difference between two groups in Holter efficacy (P>0.05). There was statistic difference between two groups in Holter efficacy rate (P <0.05). In point of Holter efficacy among each TCM syndromes, there was statistic difference in the heart blood stasis and obstruction syndrome(P<0.05), and there was no statistic difference in the deficiency of both qi and yin syndrome, the deficiency of both heart and spleen syndrome, the heart deficiency with timidity, the phlegm obstructing syndrome(P>0.05). In point of Holter efficacy rate among each TCM syndromes, there was statistic difference in the heart blood stasis and obstruction syndrome and the both deficiency of both qi and yin syndrome (P<0.05), and there was no statistic difference in the deficiency of both heart and spleen syndrome, the heart deficiency with timidity, the phlegm obstructing syndrome (P>0.05).2. There was no statistic difference between two groups in symptoms efficacy (P>0.05). There was statistic difference between two groups in symptoms efficacy rate (P <0.05). In point of symptoms efficacy, there was statistic difference in the heart blood stasis and obstruction syndrome and the deficiency of both qi and yin syndrome (P<0.05), and there was no statistic difference in the deficiency of both heart and spleen syndrome, the heart deficiency with timidity, the phlegm obstructing syndrome (P>0.05).3. There was statistic difference among each TCM syndromes in the experimental group in the point of Holter efficacy rate (P<0.05). There was no statistic difference between the heart blood stasis and obstruction syndrome and the deficiency of both qi and yin syndrome in Holter efficacy rate in the experimental group (P>0.05), and there was no statistic difference among the deficiency of both heart and spleen syndrome, the heart deficiency with timidity, the phlegm obstructing syndrome (P>0.05).4. There was statistic difference among each TCM syndromes in the experimental group in the point of symptoms efficacy rate (P<0.05). There was statistic difference between the heart blood stasis and obstruction syndrome and the deficiency of both qi and yin syndrome in symptoms efficacy rate in the experimental group (P>0.05), and there was no statistic difference among the deficiency of both heart and spleen syndrome, the heart deficiency with timidity and the phlegm obstructing syndrome(P>0.05).5. There was no statistic difference in vital signs, blood count, stools count, urine count, liver and renal function before and after treatment (P>0.05). There was no statistic difference in adverse reaction among two groups (P>0.05).Conclusion:1. YiQiHuoXue Powder had good clinical effect for premature ventricular beat of coronary heart disease.There was no serious adverse reaction.2. YiQiHuoXue Powder is effective for five TCM syndromes. YiQiHuoXue Powder had better effect for the heart blood stasis and obstruction syndrome and the both qi and yin deficiency syndrome. We can modify it according to TCM syndrome differentiation laws in order to improve clinical effects.
