| Objective:The purpose of this study is to explore the effect of Tongmaiyangxin Decoction on Electrocardiographic Information of coronary heart disease combined with premature beat of Qi and Yin Deficiency,For the use of Chinese medicine for treatment of coronary heart disease combined with premature beat on the basis of reasonable medication.Methods : Collect 40 patients in April 2016-2016 October from the Outpatient Department of Cardiology of the First Affiliated Hospital of Henan University of traditional Chinese Medicine who was diagnosed with coronary heart disease with premature beat of Qi and Yin Deficiency.Randomly divide them into treatment group(n = 20)and control group(n = 20);The two groups showed no significant difference in gender,age,number of premature,TCM syndrome score etc.Two groups of patients to be taken basic treatment based on the relevant guidelines for Coronary heart disease,hypertension,heart failure,diabetes and other related guidelines.Both of them were forbidden to use antiarrhythmic drugs.If beta blockers are already administered before taking the test drug,maintain the original dose.The treatment group was treated with Tongmaiyangxin Decoction Combined with the basic treatment,treatment for 8 weeks.Comparatively analyze the changes of TCM symptom scores,the number of premature beats,heart rate variability,heart rate turbulence,total myocardial ischemia and sleep apnea test etc.before and after the treatment.Data analysis using SPASS 19 software,P < 0.05 for the difference was statistically significant.Results : The TCM syndrome score of patients raised than before,and compared with the control group P < 0.05,there was statistical significance;Compared with the control group,the number of premature beats reduced,P < 0.05,there was statistical significance;Heart rate turbulence index(TO,TS),heart rate variability index(SDNN,SDANN,r MSSD,PNN50)compared with control group P < 0.05,with statistical signific-ance.Compared with the control group,the total load of myocardial ischemia was improved,compared with the control group,P < 0.05,the improvement of sleep apnea test was compared with that of the control group,P < 0.05,which was statistically significant.Conclusion Tongmaiyangxin Decoction can improve clinical symptoms in patients with coronary heart disease and premature beat of Qi and Yin Deficiency.It can reduce the number of beats,alleviate the symptoms of myocardial ischemia,and effect HRT and HRV to regulate cardiac autonomic regulation function,reduce the risk of sleep apnea,improve the indexes of patients with premature coronary heart disease. |
