Clinical Observation On Treatment Of Moderate And Moderate Rectal Precipitation With PPH And

Objective:Observe the clinical result of the treatment on moderate and above rectocele(RC) with PPH plus xiaozhi spirit injection.Methods:Separate the total60patients who are satisfied with the require standard into two groups equally. One is treatment group, the other is control group. The treatment group is treated with PPH plus xiaozhi spirit injection, while the control group is treated by transrectal closed repair method. To observe the time of operation、 bleeding volume、length of stay (LOS)、the short and long term therapeutic effect、 complications after operation.Results:The assessed symptom score of each group patients was decreased after operation. The the short term therapeutic effect and complications after operation there is not statistically significant (P>0.05) between the two groups. While There was significant difference between before and after treatments in the total scores of the two groups (P<0.05), treatment of two group is effective. The treatment group is much better than the control group in time of operation bleeding postoperative ache、 length of stay and the long term therapeutic effect, there is statistically significant (P<0.05) between the two groups, and the treatment group was much better than the control group.Conclusion:Both of the two methods PPH plus xiaozhi spirit injection and improved transrectal closed repair have notable curative effectiveness in rectocele, But PPH plus xiaozhi spirit injection can decrease surgical time、intraoperative bleeding、 hospitalization time, and morethe long term therapeutic effect etc. which meets the need of fast-paced life and the developing trend of Anorectal Surgery, worth clinical promotion.
