Abstract:to observe Bu Shen Qiang Du Tang treatment of kidney and blood stasis type of ankylosing spondylitis the clinical curative effect.Methods:40cases of ankylosing spondylitis patients, randomly divided into treatment group and control group, each group of20people. Bu Shen Qiang Du Tang du decoction treatment group patients. The control group used the los yesterday joint gilad amine treatment. Comparison of two groups after treatment for2months clinical curative effect.Results:1.treatment group total effectiveness85%, control group80%, comparison between two groups, two groups have no significant difference;2. After treatment, two groups of TCM symptoms curative effect comparison, the treatment group curative effect of clinical recovery in2,9cases progress, effective in7cases,2cases ineffective, the total efficiency for90%; The control efficacy is invalid in5cases,6cases effectively, advances in8cases,0case had marked effect, the total effective rate was70%. Contrast between the two groups, the difference was statistically significant, that the treatment group of TCM symptoms curative effect is better than the control group;3. After treatment, two groups can improve the TCM syndrome in patients with ankylosing spondylitis total integral, comparing differences between two groups was statistically significant;4. Before and after treatment, two groups of serologic test project (ESR and CRP) compared to the rank and inspection, P<0.05, with statistical significance difference. After treatment, two groups of physical and chemical indexes, the rank and inspection (P>0.05, the difference was not statistically significant.5. Two groups of patients in pain score index (VAS), morning stiffness time, Schober test, and thoracic mobility refers to from aspects and so on were improved significantly, pain reduction in pain treatment group was significantly better than that of control group (P<0.05). Morning stiffness time after treatment, the treatment group than the control group showed obvious advantages (P<0.01), the control group before the treatment has no obvious improvement. Schober test, the treatment group after treatment, refers to thoracic mobility than before treatment significantly improved (P <0.05).Conclusion:1. Bushen qiangdu Decoction in the treatment of kidney deficiency and blood stasis syndrome of ankylosing spondylitis patients, can significantly improve the TCM syndrome score and improve the quality of life of the patients, the curative effect is better than that of the control group.2. For patients with ankylosing spondylitis and Bushen qiangdu Decoction Zaiyan indicators, signs, pain, morning stiffness, has improved significantly, and the treatment group and the control group, the treatment effect.
