Clinical Observation On Treating Ankylosing Spondylitis Of Wind Cold Dampness Bi Type With Modified Qianghuo Shengshi Decoction

Objective:To observe the effect of qianghuosheng wet Decoction on the patients with ankylosing spondylitis with wind cold and dampness Bi type,and to explore the exact effect and safety.Methods:57 patients who met the criteria of wind,cold and wet arthralgia were treated with qianghuosheng wet Decoction for 2 months,and the levels of BASDAI,BASFI,pain VAS,TCM syndrome,occipital wall test,Schober test,ESR and CRP were recorded before and after treatment,SPSS22.0 was used to analyze the collected data.Result:1.After 8 weeks after the treatment of ankylosing spondylitis patients with wind cold and dampness,the effective rate of asas20 in western medicine was 71.93%,and the total effective rate of TCM syndromes was 89.47%.2.The results of the comparison of the results before and after treatment were statistically significant(P < 0.05).3.Qianghuosheng wet Decoction and reduction can improve the degree of kyphosis and lumbar activity of cervical spine and thoracic vertebrae in patients with ankylosing spondylitis with wind cold and wet arthralgia before and after treatment,and have statistical significance(P < 0.05).4.The level of blood sedimentation and C-reactive protein was significantly reduced by adding and reducing qianghuosheng wet decoction,and the results were significantly different before and after treatment(P <0.01).5.Safety analysis: no adverse reactions occurred during the treatment.Conclusion:1.The effect of qianghuosheng wet Decoction on patients with ankylosing spondylitis with wind cold and wet Bi type is significant,which can significantly reduce VAS score,BASDAI score,BASFI score and TCM syndrome score.2.The addition and reduction of qianghuosheng wet decoction can improve the signs and clinical symptoms of patients with ankylosing spondylitis with wind cold and dampness.3.The addition and reduction of qianghuosheng wet decoction can significantly reduce the level of blood sedimentation and C reactive protein,and the safety is good.
