Clinical Observation Of Soft Tissue Swelling And Pain After Treatment Of Closed Femoral Shaft Fracture With Traditional Chinese Medicine

ObjectiverBy observing the effect of the packet with the conventional anti-inflammatory drugs for the treatment of postoperative recovery of femoral shaft fractures,to provide ideas and method of integrative medicine for the clinical treatment of femoral shaft fracture surgery rehabilitation.Methods:A total of60cases of patients from the first Hospital of femoral shaft fractures were Changde City, Hunan Province, according to the number of patients hospitalized in chronological order.Randomly divided into two groups, namely, the treatment group (medicine and routine postoperative topical anti-inflammatory packet), the control group (Yunnan Baiyao Plaster+routine postoperative inflammation).Treatment of patients with femoral shaft fractures after groups were within a closed elastic intramedullary nailing surgery, conventional anti-inflammatory drugs to be three days after the second day of Chinese medicine packets to be topical treatment in the surgical wound around,30min/times on a daily basis two treatments (morning, afternoon time).In the control group of patients treated likewise fracture surgery in the same way, after three days of anti-inflammatory drugs to be routine, the next day after surgery to be wound around Yunnan Baiyao adhesive plaster treatment,30min/time, twice a day (morning, one in the afternoon), not other drugs relieve pain during treatment, be treated a total of two weeks.Two groups of patients during treatment not use other types of medication to relieve pain. Evaluation Method using visual analogue scale (Visual Analogue Scale/Score, referred VAS) and limb swelling patient and the patient’s white blood cell measurement, CRP to evaluate the efficacy of the changes.The result:1. Packet Group and Yunnan Baiyao TCM paste remission of closed femoral shaft fractures have significant effects postoperative pain after treatment difference was statistically significant (p<0.01), medicine packets total effective rate86.67%, Yunnan white creams total effective rate was60.00%, the difference was statistically significant (p<0.05), the packet group than for pain Yunnan Baiyao group cream;2. The two groups of shaft fractures in patients with soft tissue swelling after the closing stock-mitigation, medicine packet group was90.00%, Yunnan Baiyao paste group was63.33%, and the difference was statistically significant (p<0.05);3. Treatment group reactive protein in terms of improving the closed femoral shaft fracture patients leukocytes, C, than the control group (p<0.05).In conclusion:Yunnan Baiyao medicine packets and cream can be effectively alleviated Closed femoral shaft fractures in patients with post-operative pain, soft tissue swelling, improve the body’s white blood cells and postoperative C-reactive protein, and aspects of the overall effect, TCM group than Yunnanbaiyao cream packets group, and the clinical application of side effects was not found worthy of further research and clinical practice.
