Study On Physical Care Of Traditional Chinese Medicine With Psoriasis And Psoriasis

Objective:To observe the nursing effect of Traditional Chinese medicine constitution care measures, such as mental intervention, diet nursing, Baduanjin practice and ciluobaguan nursing to qiyuzhi psoriatic patients.Methods:60qiyuzhi psoriatic hospitalized patients were Choose from December2013to January2015in the second affiliated hospital of Hunan University Of Chinese Medicine of dermatologist. According to the order of patients’hospitalization number and based on the principle of completely random, the60qiyuzhi psoriatic hospitalized patients were divided into the experimental group and the control group. The control group were given conventional nursing measures, the experimental group were given Traditional Chinese medicine constitution care measures on the basis of conventional nursing measures. After intervention, using the PASI scale, Beck depression scal and SF-36questionnaire and quantizing integral scale to measure the PASI score, degree of quality of life, depression score and the quantizing integral score on three points:the1st day after incharge hospital,2weeks after incharge and2weeks after discharge.Results:No adverse reactions or unexpected events occurred in the two groups.1. On the1st day, compared the two groups of patients with PASI score, life quality score, depression degree score, quantizing integral score, there was no statistically significant difference (P>0.05)2.14days after incharge hospital and14days after discharge, the PASI score, life quality score, depression degree score, quantizing integral score and the clinic effect of the experimental group were better than that of the control group (P<0.05), the difference is statistically significant. The two time points of PASI score, life quality score,depression degree score, quantizing integral score of the experimental group were better than the first incharge day.Conclusions:1.The traditional Chinese medicine constitution nursing measures in this study has low risk, small side effects, easy to be accepted by patients, so they are feasibility.2. the Traditional Chinese medicine constitution care measures can improve the qiyuzhi psoriatic patients’PASI score, clinical curative effect, life quality, at the same time, can reduce the degree of depression and change the quantizing integral score.
