Clinical Observation On The Treatment Of Damp - Heat Psoriasis By Traditional Chinese Medicine Nursing

Objective:Discussion the traditional Chinese medicine health care for the clinical curative effect of hot and humid mass in patients with psoriasis.Methods:Selected60cases during June2013to December2014in the second affiliated hospital of hunan university of Chinese medicine to study the hot and humid mass in patients with psoriasis, all subjects were divided into control group and experimental group, in accordance with the principle of random control group with conventional care, experimental group on the basis of general nursing to health care. Before the intervention and after the intervention of2weeks, Record PASI score in two groups of patients (psoriasis area and severity index), quality of life, and anxiety score.Results:(1) After2weeks of intervention, PASI score and admission control group and experiment group, the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05), indicating that two methods both can improve the clinical symptoms of patients with psoriasis, the intervention group compared with the control group, the PASI score, the difference was statistically significant, indicating that the experimental group in improving psoriasis patients’clinical symptoms than the control group。(2) The total effective rate of control group, experimental group difference was statistically significant (P<0.05), shows that the experimental group in improving clinical symptoms of psoriasis patients curative effect is superior to the control group.(3) After2weeks of intervention, quality of life score and admission control group, experimental group, the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05), indicating that two kinds of treatment methods can improve the quality of life of patients with psoriasis, intervention in the control group and the experimental group quality of life scores were compared, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05), indicating that the experimental group in improving the quality of life of patients than the control group.(4) After2weeks of intervention, compared with the control group, the anxiety level of experimental group score and admission, the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05), indicating that two kinds of methods of treatment can reduce the degree of anxiety in patients with psoriasis, dry degree of anxiety and prognosis of experimental and control groups were compared, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05), indicating that the experimental group in reducing the anxiety level of patients than the control group.Conclusion:The use of traditional Chinese medicine health care to the hot and humid in the quality of nursing in patients with psoriasis, can effectively improve the patient’s clinical symptoms, improve patient’s quality of life, reduce the psychological burden of patients.
