Objective: Analyzing the clinical treatment of diabetes medication rule ofChinese medicine, to provide a basis for reference in the treatment of type2diabetes in Chinese medicine and to provide reference for the clinical treatmentand research.Methods: Collecting nearly five years (2009~2013) Chinese journal full textdatabase (CNKI), the relevant literature about Chinese medicine treatment ofWanfang Data, VIP database in type2diabetes, Starting from the applicationangle of traditional Chinese medicine compound, analysis of traditional Chinesemedicine treatment of type2diabetes medication regularly. Finishing in theliterature in traditional Chinese medicine compound, compound selected,selected compound of each medicine have accurate dose, the compound selectedin each herb list, countingof each traditional Chinese medicine, Throughanalysis to summarized the commonly used traditional Chinese Medicine for thetreatment of type2diabetes and drugs go through, and five flavours, analysisof therapeutic drugs for type2diabetes. Through these methods to analyze drug,medication rule of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of type2diabetes.Results: Collecting of standard literature60articles,60articlescontained60pieces of Chinese herbal compound. Chinese medicine treatment ofthis disease has involved in141ingredients, the total frequency of1045times.The use of traditional Chinese medicine more than30times is10flavor, This10kinds of frequency of use in60prescriptions were greater than50%,Thinkingof this10kinds of medicine are commonly used drugs for the treatment of type2diabetes. The drug which is commonly used is Radix rehmanniae, Radix Astragali, Radix trichosanthis, Radix Scrophulariae, yam, Rhizoma Coptidis, radix salviaemiltiorrhizae, Rhizoma Anemarrhenae, Ge Gen. dried rehmannia root, astragalus,Chinese yam using frequency is greater than80%, should be the core of drugsfor the treatment of type2diabetes. Most drug use frequency of five flavoris sweet, followed by bitter, pungent, again is sour. Use at most four frequencyof drugs is cold, then warm, flat, at least is cool. The medicine to the frequencyin use is the kidney, liver, followed by the lung, spleen, at least is the heartsutra. Drug classification using ratio in the top five drugs are heat clearingdrugs, promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis drugs, Qi tonic,astringent medicine, Yin tonic. Classification of Chinese medicine in cumulativefrequency of use of five are heat clearing drug, tonifying Qi, yin tonic,promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis drugs, astringent drug.Conclusion:1. The treatment of type2diabetes of commonly used drugs is: raw radixrehmanniae, radix astragali, yam, radix trichosanthis, radix scrophulariae,rhizoma coptidis, MaiMenDong, radix puerariae, rhizoma anemarrhenae, salviamiltiorrhiza. The core of the treatment for type2diabetes drugs is:, astragalus,Chinese yam.2.The treatment of type2diabetes should choose five predominantly umami, bitterdrugs.3. The treatment of type2diabetes should choose four gas is given priorityto with cold.4. The treatment of type2diabetes in the five zang-organs it is indifference.5. Treating type2diabetes in the aspect of drug classification should fivepriority to with heat drugs, tonifying qi medicine.
