Clinical Observation Of Arthroscopic Treatment Combined With Small Needle Knife In The Treatment Of Knee Osteoarthritis

Objective:To clear the arthroscopic treatment the curative effect of knee osteoarthritis is known, but the legacy pain problems, some patients because of fear of pain, and lack of exercise, greatly affect the surgical effect. Small needle knife therapy has small trauma, rapid recovery, quickly relieve pain and other advantages, so try to add in the arthroscopic surgery with small needle knife, observe whether the purpose of pain relief, so as to provide theoretical basis of combining traditional Chinese and western medicine treatment of knee osteoarthritis, better guide clinical practice.Methods:In strict accordance with the Chinese and western medicine diagnostic criteria, inclusion criteria, collected60cases of patients with knee osteoarthritis, randomly divided into experimental group and the control group,30cases in each group, experimental group to clean arthroscopic surgery with small needle knife therapy, compared with pure arthroscopy cleaning technique. Before treatment VAS score, X-ray K-L classification and clinical data collection; Respectively in February after the treatment and observe VAS score, two groups of cases Lysholm scale change. Statistical software, statistical analysis using SPSS13.0data by chi-square test, measurement data with paired t test analysis (such as do not accord with normal distribution and homogeneity of variance, with rank and inspection). P<0.05for the difference is statistically significant.Results:(1) before the treatment, two groups in gender, age, course of the disease, Kellgren and Lawrence (K-L) grading, VAS, Lysholm score comparison, there was no statistically significant difference, comparable.(2) after treatment, both groups of VAS score decreased, experimental group VAS score1.5±0.26, the control group was2.1±0.51,(P<0.05), the difference between the two groups was statistically significant. After2months follow-up, patients VAS score1.13±0.16, control group VAS score1.24±0.12,(P>0.05), there was no statistically significant difference between the two groups.(3) in the two groups after treatment Lysholm scores were improved, experimental group Lysholm score92.32±6.87, the control group was85.41±6.54,(P<0.05), the difference between the two groups was statistically significant. After2months follow-up, patients Lysholm score95.91±5.87, the control group was93.85±7.16,(P>0.05), there was no statistically significant difference between the two groups.Conclusion:The curative effect of arthroscopic treatment of knee osteoarthritis, combined with small needle knife, able to quickly reduce the pain of the knee joint, to speed up the patient’s rehabilitation process, faster restore knee joint function.
