Objective:To observe the optimization of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine treatment of patients with Raynaud syndrome and effect on the influence of various physical and chemical indexes and assessing the safety, and traditional treatment alternatives, for the treatment of the Raynaud syndrome provide reasonable treatment protocol.Methods:The60patients were selected from the First Affiliated Hospital of Heilongjiang University Of Chinese Medicine of peripheral vascular diseases in hospitalized patients, which controls for the retrospective case, from2009to2011using traditional methods of treatment and patients who met the inclusion criteria,30cases, observation group cases since2011February to2012February to hospitalized patients,30cases, two group total curative effect, symptom score, cold water test and rewarming test, cold provocation test (PPG), immunoglobulin and complement of changes and symptom improvement time observation. At the same time were observed before and after treatment with two groups of general physical examination project, chest radiographs (side), three conventional (blood, urine, stool routine), liver function, renal function, blood coagulation function test, ECG rheumatic series safety indexes, evaluation after drug adverse reactions. Results:After a course of treatment (15days) of therapy, the overall efficacy:the observation group was96.67%,70.00%in the countrl group, the observation group was better than the control group (p<0.05); Symptom scores the observation group was better than the control group (P<0.05); Cold water test and rewarming test, the observation group was better than the control group (P<0.05); Cold proocation tests (PPG), the observation group was better than the control group (p<0.05); in the immunoglobulin and complement the determination of observation group was better than the control group (P<0.05); Two groups in onset time comparison, the observation group was better than control group (P<0.05). Two groups of safety index changes before and after treatment, were not significantly abnormal, during the course of treatment two groups did not appear obvious adverse reaction.Conclusion:1. The optimized treatment protocol of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine for Raynaud syndrome patients’overall efficacy, symptoms improve significantly, and is better than traditional protocol.2. Two protocols can markedly improve patients’immunoglobulin and complement determination, but have no significant differences.3. The optimized treatment protocol of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine have no obvious adverse reaction, clinical application security.
