ObjectiveRelationship between essential hypertension (Essential Hypertension, EH) TCM cholesterol, triglycerides, HDL, LDL, homocysteine and other laboratory parameters and relationships24h ambulatory blood pressure, and explore their intrinsic link between essential hypertension provide the basis for TCM Differential Treatment of objective research and improve clinical outcomes.Methods200patients met the essential hypertension (EH) diagnostic criteria refer to " TCM Syndrome Diagnostic efficacy of the standard" TCM syndrome type are:the wind Yang disturbance, phlegm Mongolia, liver and kidney, blood loss imaginary, hypertension diagnostic criteria in accordance with the2010"Chinese Hypertension Prevention Guide’revised edition, dyslipidemia diagnostic criterion-referenced2007" Chinese adult dyslipidemia prevention Guide." Patients in each group were recorded general information, laboratory blood lipids, plasma homocysteine and line24h ambulatory blood pressure checks, respectively lipids, plasma homocysteine, and statistics and analysis24h ambulatory blood pressure.Results1. EH different syndromes compared with the BMI index:①EH in34.5%of patients were overweight or obese.②BMI index between EH various syndromes difference was not statistically significant.2. EH different syndromes compared with Hcy levels:EH patients, Hcy levels rise accounted for38.5%, Hcy index no difference between EH various syndromes.3. EH and lipids compare different syndromes:①TC levels between EH no significant difference between the various syndromes, Mongolian type which exceeds the normal range on the mean wind disturbance type male and phlegm.②TG levels between EH no significant difference between the various syndromes, among the Mongolian type phlegm mean exceeds its normal range.③HDL-C levels between EH no significant difference between the various syndromes, which means blood deficiency type than its normal range.④LDL-C levels between EH no significant difference between the various syndromes. Mongolian type which phlegm mean exceeds its normal range.4. EH different syndromes and24h ambulatory blood pressure comparison:﹖he average systolic blood pressure and pulse pressure largest wind yang disturbance type, the smallest type of blood deficiency, the difference was significant (P<0.05).②no difference in mean diastolic blood pressure between EH various syndromes.③systolic maximum coefficient of variation for liver-kidney, the difference was significant (P<0.05); diastolic coefficient of variation was no difference between the various syndromes.④EH dippers blood pressure in patients with Africa accounting for57.5%.Conclusion1. lipids, BMI, Hcy levels have certain differences between the various syndromes, can be used as a reference index EH TCM and treatment.2.24h ambulatory blood pressure as the most important essential hypertension detection and inspection methods, their parameters detected between the four syndromes have differences, can be used as an adjunct to diagnosis and treatment of essential hypertension medicine.
