| Purpose: Of this study was to observe the kidney and invigorating spleen fluxpulse method to treat coronary heart disease stable angina the clinical curativeeffect of kidney Yang deficiency, phlegm and blood stasis block certificate andto explore its mechanism of action, through the clinical observation table designin patients with stable angina, using statistical method to detect the relevantindicators to evaluate via the kidney and invigorating spleen vein methodcurative effect of angina and TCM symptoms improve the situation, in order tomake clear advantages of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment ofcoronary heart disease stable angina, to improve the clinical curative effect,reduce the pain of the patients.Material and method：AllcasesofthisresearchfromMarch2013toSeptember2013, liaoning university of Chinese medicine affiliated hospital of cardiologyoutpatient and the inpatient patients, diagnostic criteria and research intothe standard, a total of60cases. According to random number table accordingto the proportion of1:1were randomly divided into trial group and control group,each group30people. Control group given basic western medicine treatment,treatment group on the basis of the foundation of western medicine combined withthe kidney and spleen vein side. Into the group when the general data of twogroups of cases and the basic condition to carry on statistical test, P>0.05),there was no statistically significant difference, comparable. Controlledtreatments in the same period (4weeks), a period of treatment were observedafter treatment in patients with angina pectoris curative effect,electrocardiogram curative effect, curative effect of TCM syndrome integral,single symptom curative effect of traditional Chinese medicine and the changesof blood lipid levels before and after treatment and statistical analysis was carried on.Results：(1) after treatment angina pectoris curative effect comparison: experimentalgroup show efficiency of43.33%, the total effective rate was43.33%; Controlefficiency of26.67%, the total effective rate was26.67%, the difference betweenthe two groups was statistically significant (P=0.029<0.05).(2) ecg curative effect comparison: experimental group show efficiency of16.67%,the total effective rate was16.67%; Control efficiency of6.67%, the totaleffective rate was6.67%, the difference between the two groups was statisticallysignificant (P=0.035<0.05).(3) curative effect of TCM syndrome integral comparison: experimental group showefficiency of33.33%, the total effective rate was33.33%; Control efficiencyof13.33%, the total effective rate was13.33%, the difference between the twogroups was statistically significant (P=0.034<0.05).(4) individual symptoms of TCM curative effect comparison: two groups of patientswith single symptom curative effect of traditional Chinese medicine comparedwith X2test, the results are shown (P <0.05, the difference was statisticallysignificant. Efficient that test group is higher than the control group.(5) compare lipid levels before and after the treatment, two groups of patientswith blood lipid levels before and after the treatment by t test, P values>0.05comparing between groups before therapy, no statistical difference,comparable. Comparison between group P values>0.05after treatment, there wasno statistically significant difference. Comparison, but after treatment groupby t test, P values <0.05after treating the patients with blood lipid levelwas improved, the effect with the control and test group, this may belipid-lowering drugs play a role of western medicine.Conclusion：(1) clinical observation results show that the kidney and spleen vein side is an effective drug treatment of coronary heart disease stable angina, anginapectoris curative effect, TCM syndrome curative effect, single TCM symptomscurative effect and electrocardiogram curative effect, etc., after statisticsprocessing according to the curative effect of test group were higher than thecontrol group. In the process of clinical observation, found no obvious adversereactions.(2) by the clinical research, preliminary confirmed that attaches greatimportance to the kidney and spleen expectoranting promoting blood circulationto remove blood stasis on the role of pulse method in the treatment of stableangina, to improve the curative effect of traditional Chinese medicine treatmentof coronary heart disease has a certain meaning, is worth further study in thefuture work.
