| Purpose:A retrospective analysis of24cases of children with cerebral palsyof changes of myocardial enzymes, summarize the relationship between the changeof traditional Chinese medicine and Western medicine syndrome and cerebral palsy, myocardial enzyme spectrum of TCM symptoms, risk factors, complications, musclestrength, muscle tension and the child sex etc.Method:For children with cerebral palsy in24cases of myocardial enzyme, recording their gender, age, myocardial enzyme spectrum numerical of TCM andWestern medicine syndromes, TCM syndrome score, risk factors, complications, muscle strength, muscle tension, separately analyzes presence of statisticallysignificant between them with the changes of myocardial enzymes and myocardialenzyme spectrum change the item count.Results:1ã€In this study, children with cerebral palsy to detect abnormal myocardialenzymes higher rate of83.33%.2〠Children with cerebral palsy appear myocardial enzymes statisticallysignificant.3ã€Children with cerebral palsy aged between myocardial enzymechanges and change the item count was statistically significant.4ã€Cerebral palsy associated with mental disorder and myocardial enzyme changeitem count there was statistical significance between.5ã€There were statistical significance between risk factors of cerebral palsyin maternal age and the change of myocardial enzyme spectrum in the item count6ã€Birth weight and gestational age in children with cerebral palsy is greater(less than40weeks), the probability of change of myocardial enzyme spectrumin the greater.Conclusion:1ã€Younger children with cerebral palsy and more prone to change of myocardialenzyme spectrum. 2ã€Associated with mental retardation of children with cerebral palsy occursmore easily change of myocardial enzyme spectrum.3ã€In the high risk factors of maternal age and cerebral palsy children appearabnormal myocardial enzymes was negatively related to the case.4ã€Birth weight and gestational age in children with cerebral palsy (less than40weeks), and the change of myocardial enzyme spectrum correlation. |
