Clinical Observation Of Fasting Of Ramp Injury Under Arthroscopy

Purpose: To explore the Ramp damage under the arthroscopy using Fast-Fixsuture method and its clinical efficacy.Methods: Since July2011-July2013in our hospital were undergone anteriorcruciate ligament injury in154cases, merge the Ramp injury treatment of45cases of patients. The inclusion criteria of41patients need to suture repairsurgery, FasT-Fix suture device adopts total internal method suture, choiceof autologous hamstring tendon damage and fracture of anterior cruciate ligamentreconstruction. According to the Lysholm and IKDC scores to evaluate thepreoperative and postoperative9months operation effect. By Barrett, standardto evaluate the clinical healing of the meniscus.Results:41cases of patients were followed up for9to32months follow-up,an average of17.5+/-5.6months. Through the follow-up of patients withsymptoms and signs combined with clinical examination. Among them, two linesof arthroscopy probe (5cases) detection results are healing. MRI review (11cases),9cases healed completely,2cases of healing. All patients Lysholm score(on average) for63.3+/-8.1preoperatively, postoperatively was87.1+/-7.7.38patients postoperative Lysholm score reached excellent or good. Finerate was92.7%. IKDC scores (on average) for31.9+/-4.5preoperatively,postoperatively was91.7+/-8.6. Preoperative in41cases,27cases for classC,14cases of D.Postoperative in41cases,20cases of grade A,21cases forclass B, class C and D. Preoperative and postoperative nine phases of the moonto compare (P <0.01) differences are significant. Through Barrett, standard，2cases of meniscus is not healing meniscus clinical healing rate was95.1%.Conclusion: Under the arthroscopy using Fast-Fix total internal technologysuture the Ramp damage, the meniscus clinical healing rate was95.1%. Curative effect is obvious, methods, security, fewer complications, high strength, andhave higher healing rate. Especially suitable for the operating difficultiesof suture of the Ramp area damage.
