Observation On The Clinical Efficacy Of Chaihu Shugan Powder In Treating Coronary Heart Disease With Angina Pectoris

Purpose: To observe the clinical effect of Bupleurum Liver-Coursing Powder with western Medicine on depressive coronary heartdisease. Verification Integrative treatment of angina pectoris whether the clinical advantages. Investigate the mechanism of Bupleurum Liver-Coursing Powder.Material and method:A randomized, parallel-controlled trial was conducted, a total of50in-patients were classified into two groups.25patients in the control group were given standard Medicine including coronary artery dilation, anti-platelet, anti-coagulation, β-blocker, statins and calcium antagonist, etc.25patients in the treatment group, besides standard administration, were added Bupleurum Liver-Coursing Powder (pericarpium citri reticulatae and Radix Bupleurum lOg each, Immature Bitter Orange and Chinese herbaceous peony lOg each, honey-fried licorice root5g, rhizoma Ligusticum chuanxiong Hort lOg each), which was decocted in200M1water for oral dose, taken twice a day. The treatment last4weeks. Then clinical effect, ECG changes, adverse reactions were observed and appraisal the clinical efficacy of angina.Results:1. For angina, in treatment group,10were strongly effective,12were effective,3were ineffective and efficient was88.0%; in control group,4were strongly effective,12were effective,9were ineffective and efficient was64.0%. The effect of treatment was better than control group (P<0.05).2. For the total effect of TCM symptoms:in treatment group,11were strongly effective,12were effective,2were ineffective and Efficient was92.0%; in control group,4were strongly effective,13were effective,8were ineffective and efficient was68.0%. The effect of treatment was better than control group (P<0.05). 3.For TCM efficacy of individual symptoms:the effect of treatment was betterthan control group（P<0.05）on each individual symptom.4.ECG before and after treatment showed no statistically significant(p>0.05)5.Before and after treatment were not significantly routine examination of thebiochemical abnormalities.Conclusion：1.Bupleurum Liver-Coursing Powder can significantly improve angina pectorisclinical symptoms and has a significant effect.2.Integrated Traditional and Western treatment of angina pectoris hassignificant clinical effect.
