Objective: To evaluate the effect of the principle of Supplementing qi ,Nourishing yin, promoting blood circulation and resolving phlegm on the vascular endothelial function and angina pectoris through observing changes of plasma ET,N0,CRP,SOD,Blood lipid,Blood flow change and symptoms of the patients with coronary heart disease before and after treatment by GuanXinPing granule.Method: 40 cases were divided into two groups. 20 cases in treatment group were treated by fundalmental western drugs plus GuanXinPing granule and 20 cases in control group by fundalmental western drugs for 4 weeks.Results: Clinic tests have indicated that GuanXinPing granule can raise the level of No, lower the level of ET,CRP,SOD,Blood lipid,Blood flow change and reduce the symptoms of patients with coronary heart disease .Conclusion: the principle of Supplementing qi ,Nourishing yin, promoting blood circulation and resolving phlegm can improve vascular endothelial function and relieve angina pectoris.
