Objective:Use the "treat in both the internal and external ways,transparent yin into yang"as the therapeutic principles, taking the "Ziniquyoutang",and smear the verruca planae with the edible white vinegar, to treat verruca planae.In order to find a safty and effective way to the treatment of verruca planae in clinical.Method:The60patients that are consistent with the experimental standard will be divided into trearment group and control group randomly.The treatment group contain30cases, take "Ziniquyoutang" and smear the verruca planae with the edible white vinegar, while the control group contain30cases,take "Ziniquyoutang" and transfer factor capsule orally. Subjects have been treated for eight weeks, and observe and score the effects at the begin,2week,4week,6week,8week. Then use the spss22.0to statistical and analysis the data.Results:After eight weeks of treatment, the total disease effective rate of the treatment group was86.2%, the total effective rate of the control group was67.9%. The two groups cases were statistically compared all P<0.05, there is statistical difference, with no adverse effects.Conclusion:"treat in both the internal and external ways,transparent yin into yang" is good in clinical significance for the clinical treatment of verruca planae,"Ziniquyoutang" and smear the verruca planae with the edible white vinegar is good for this disease.
