The Clinical Efficacy Of Two Dosage Forms Of External Application For The Treatment Of Flat Warts (wind-heat Syndrome)

Objective:To observe the clinical curative effect of the same drug prescription form different treatment for verruca plana (wind-heat with exuberance of virulence syndrome), and approve the clinical effects of certain drugs, and the mining of traditional Chinese medicine exterior treatment of special advantage.Method:All 60 patients who are in accordance with the inclusion criteria of the verruca plana (wind-heat with exuberance of virulence syndrome) were randomly divided into treatment group 30 cases and control group 30 cases each. The two groups of patients will take the traditional Chinese medicine for foundation treatment. The treatment group with foundation treatment and exterior washing prescription for verruca plana. The control group with foundation treatment and exterior use of tincture for verruca plana. The primary treatment is for 4 weeks. The curative effect and adverse reaction before and after treatment in the 4 weeks were observed and recorded. The total effective rate of treatment group is 48.3%, the control group is 42.9%.Conclusion:Clinical observation of the research proves that the clinical therapeutic effect of exterior washing prescription for verruca plana (wind-heat with exuberance of virulence syndrome) should be affirmed. The treatment group was significantly better than the control group in improving the severity index, color and thickness of the lesions.The control group was better than the treatment group in improving lesions itching degree and isomorphic reactions. The control group and the treatment group is almost parallel in improving the number and size of lesions. On the comprehensive curative effect of the treatment, the treatment group and the control group were almost parallel.
