Objective:To preliminary discuss the biomechanical effect and clinical value of chiropractic therap on curing cervical spondylosis with abnormal physiological curvature by observing the clinical curative effect of chiropractic therap on curing cervical spondylosis with abnormal physiological curvature. Methods:Collect clinical40cases of cervical spondylosis patients with abnormal physiological curvature, and cure them by chiropractic therapy, observe and compare the patient’s symptoms, signs and physiological curvature X-ray results before and after treatment. Results:The total effective rate of chiropractic therapy is33cases (82.5%). According to the results, II type is (straight type) improved best with ameliorative tate94.4%and IV type(bow) improved worst withameliorative tate50%. Compare the X-ray integral and total integral before and after the treatment, by the t test, P<0.05, suggesting that therapy with significant difference before and after the treatment and chiropractic therapy on improving the symptom of cervical spondylosis and restore cervical physiological curvature has significant curative effect. Conclusion:Clinical observation indicators suggest that chiropractic therapy for cervical spondylosis with abnormal physiological curvature has significant therapeutic effect. The chiropractic therapy plays comprehensive treatment integrity, directness. And it plays an important role in improving disorder of early cervical degeneration caused by internal and external balance, blocking the disease development, gradually restoring cervical physiological curvature。 To maintain the normal physiological curvature of cervical spine in the prevention and treatment of cervical spondylosis has important value.
