Study On The Combination Of Lung Rales And Tongue Image In Children With Pneumonia

Purpose： To study the diversification of the rales and the diversification of tongue of thedisease in childhood pneumonia,resolve wheather or not the disappearance of rales, analysiswheather or not the disappearance of tongue, resolve wheather or not the disappearance of ralesand nature are involved the disappearance of tongue, resolve wheather or not the vanish of ralesand nature are involved the syndromes in the information of children, to illustrate theimportance of rales in the treatment and diagnosis of childhood pneumonia.Material and method：232childen of pneumonia are all from pediatric Ward of LiaoningUniversity of Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital which be hospitalized fromearly-December2012to later-June2013.Recording daily rales of children of pneumonia.On the basis of the disappearance of the rales, the disappearance of the tongue and thedisappearance of syndromes in children with information, to carry out correlation analysis.Results：1. The diversification trend of the common practice of rales is approximatively auscultation tosputum to vanish of rales,the conversion of rales maximized in the third,fourth, fifth days.mianly wetrales disappeared.2. The diversification trend of the common practice of tongue basic yellow tongue fur to whitetongue fur; the tongue conversion in the first days a maximum of mostly thick yellow tongueconverted to thin yellow tongue fur.3. Rales change in part of tongue on the difference statistically significant, the time point of thinyellow tongue fur disappear and the time point of wet rales disappear has obvious regularity.4. Rales change in part of tongue on the difference statistically significant.Conclusion：1.Pulmonary rales of children’s pneumonia have regular rules.2.Tongue of children’s pneumonia have some diversification.3. Rales of pneumonia in children only involved the yellow tongue fur,what’s more, thedisappearance of thin yellow tongue fur and the disappearance of wet rales has obvious regularity.4. Rales of pneumonia in children only related with the phlegm and cough.
