Objective: To compare theunilateralexternal fixation,open reduction andinternal fixationwithdynamiccompression plate DCP,closed reduction andpercutaneousinternal fixation with (LCP)threefixation methodsefficacy in thetreatment of fractures of the distal tibia。Methods: from2009October-2014year in February in joint surgery ward in Affiliated Hospital ofLiaoning University of Traditional Chinese Medicine Department of orthopaedics ward and the Shenyang CityHospital Department of orthopedics department of orthopedics, Shenyang city hospital minimally invasiveward met the inclusion criteria of patients with tibia98columns respectively by unilateral external fixatorfracture, open reduction and dynamic compression plate (DCP) fixation, closed reduction and minimallyinvasive percutaneous (LCP) plate fixation in the treatment of manipulation, the clinical effective treatmentreached the fractures healing standard, then follow up, the results of follow-up after the Johner-Wruhs score,comparative observation of unilateral external fixation, open reduction and internal fixation with dynamiccompression plate (DCP), closed reduction and clinical therapeutic efficacy of the minimally invasivepercutaneous (LCP) plate internal fixation.Results: three fixed methods are the treatment effect is good, the excellent and good rate of unilateralexternal fixator group:91.4%, the excellent and good rate of open reduction and dynamic compression plateinternal fixation group were:74.2%, the excellent and good rate of closed reduction and minimally invasivepercutaneous (LCP) fixation is:90.6%。The excellent and good rate of unilateral external fixation group, theexcellent and good rate and closed reduction and percutaneous (LCP) fixation group was significantly betterthan the excellent rate of open reduction and dynamic compression plate fixation group (P>0.05), unilateralexternal fixator group and closed reduction and percutaneous (LCP) fixation group showed no significantdifference (P<0.05)。Conclusion: the unilateral external fixation, open reduction and dynamic compression plate (DCP)fixation and minimally invasive percutaneous plate osteosynthesis(LCP) of three fixation are effective means ofclinical treatment of distal tibial fracture, but unilateral external fixation and minimally invasive percutaneousplate (LCP) internal effect is good because of its small trauma, less blood supply, periosteal stripping, good,good recovery, less complications.
