Objective: To investigate the efficacy of TMP by Salvia Injection on acute ST-segmentelevation myocardial infarction emergency interventional treatment for exploring Salvia TMPinjection on myocardial perfusion in acute myocardial infarction to improve the efficacy andsafety studies.Materials and Methods: A randomized parallel control methods,200patients withacute ST-segment elevation myocardial infarction patients were randomly divided into twogroups: the treatment group,100cases and100cases in the control group. Conventionaltreatment group, timely opening of venous access, be saline250ml+conventional medicine(amino acids and nucleosides injection or muscle creatine phosphate, etc.) immediatelyintravenous, oral worship aspirin300mg, clopidogrel tablets300mg, nitrates intravenous ororal medication, surgery first be unfractionated heparin2500u, supplemented by subsequentheparin (a total of1000IU/10kg), other symptomatic treatment be considered according to thedisease. Use in the treatment group were treated based on Salvia Chuanxiong Injection10mL+saline250mL, after admission (regular admissions from the emergency room after)infusion immediately; determine efficacy. Observed during the treatment of clinicalsymptoms, ECG changes, corrected TIMI flow frames, adverse reactions and death duringhospitalization. Results:A total efficiency of the treatment group (97%) and the control group, the total efficiency(91%) there was a significant difference between the treatment groups during theintraoperative angiography TIMI flow, corrected TIMI flow frame and the incidence ofreinfarction in patients hospitalized were significantly better than the control group (P <0.05),with statistical significance, indicating that salvia ligustrazine injection in improving acuteST-segment elevation myocardial infarction myocardial perfusion in patients with clinicalefficacy was significantly better than the control group; 2adverse reactions, the treatment group had15cases of subcutaneous bruising, fatigue twocases, the control group had14cases of subcutaneous bruising, fatigue one case, P>0.05, notstatistically significant. Conclusion:An intravenous infusion of Salvia TMP injection to improve acute ST-segment elevationmyocardial infarction patients undergoing angiography TIMI flow grade, the incidence ofreinfarction during hospitalization TIMI flow calibration frame and have a significant effect.2Salvia TMP injection in the treatment of acute myocardial infarction in emergencyinterventional treatment effect is significant and adverse clinical reactions TMP Salviainjection group were treated with conventional drugs appear, but P>0.05, description SalviaTMP injection in the emergency interventional treatment is safe and effective, it is worthpromoting.
