objectiveBy comparing the serum miRNA-145 levels in peripheral blood of patients with ST-elevation myocardial infarction and non-ST-segment elevation myocardial infarction with the control group, the expression levels of miRNA-145 in peripheral blood serum of patients with different types of myocardial infarction were analyzed,so as to determine the role of miRNA-145 in myocardial infarction. To investigate the correlation between miRNA-145 expression level and the pathogenesis of myocardial infarction.MethodsSelection on December 1,2020 to December 31,2021 for the first time in The Second Affiliated Hospital of Shenyang Medical College dealt with be admitted to hospital,a diagnosis of 50 cases of ST segment elevation myocardial infarction, first diagnosed cases of 50 cases of non ST segment elevation myocardial infarction,as experimental group, and the healthy check-up of volunteers in 50 cases as control group,a total of 150 cases. The expression level of miR-145 in serum of the selected subjects was detected.SPSS26.0 statistical software was used for data processing. The continuous variables were expressed as mean ± standard deviation or median(range). The categorical variables were expressed as percentages and then analyzed using the Chi-square test.P<0.05(bilateral)was statistically significant.ResultsThe baseline data of all the enrolled subjects were analyzed in this study, and there were no statistically significant differences in gender and age among each group(P>0.05).In order to exclude the influence of other factors on the relative expression level of serum miRNA-145,this study conducted statistical analysis of other related factors, including the influence of hypertension, diabetes, hyperlipidemia, smoking and stroke on the expression level of miRNA-145.The results showed that the expression level of miRNA-145 in each group was not related to the above factors(P>0.05).The above results indicated that there was no significant correlation between miRNA-145 expression in serum and other related factors.Serum miRNA-145 detection results showed that the expression level of miRNA-145 in patients with ST-segment elevation myocardial infarction and patients without ST-segment elevation myocardial infarction was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05),with statistical difference. The expression level of miRNA-145 in patients with non-ST-segment elevation myocardial infarction was higher than that in patients with ST-segment elevation myocardial infarction.Conclusion1.The expression level of miRNA-145 is abnormally up-regulated in patients with myocardial infarction.2.The expression level of miRNA-145 in patients with ST-elevation myocardial infarction and patients without ST-elevation myocardial infarction was higher than that in the control group.3.Compared with patients with ST-segment elevation myocardial infarction,miRNA-145 expression level was higher in patients with non-ST-segment elevation myocardial infarction.
